Fish in the Dark News
Although Fish in the Dark did not receive any Tony Award nominations this year, audiences have embraced Larry David's play. The hit show extended its initial limited run, but will have two new stars. One was announced weeks ago: Jason Alexander. Starting June 9, Glenne Headly will officially take over for Rita Wilson's role, after already having performed in place of Wilson during her leave. Headley was once part of Chicago's Steppenwolf troupe and is remembered for her roles on Lonesome Dove and Bastard Out of Carolina. The show will run through July 18, unless it is extended again, which is one day earlier than the date for which it was originally extended. Tickets for the show at the Cort Theatre on Broadway remain available, with prices starting at $95.
