The Bruins had a solid preseason, going 4-3. Their latest preseason victory was against the Flyers. After a scoreless game, the game went into overtime. Forward Ryan Spooner found the net with just over three minutes left in the overtime period to grab the victory for the Bruins. The Boston Bruins are preparing for the 2016-2017 season. They worked hard for months to try to sign Jimmy Vesey to help out the team, but Vesey decided to sign with the Rangers instead. The team will need to strengthen their defense. If they do not bring someone in from the outside, then they will need to look for options already available on their team. Colin Miller and Joe Morrow could provide some strong defensive action. The Bruins will work hard during training camp and prepare to come out strong on September 26 when they host the Blue Jackets for their first preseason game. Tickets are on sale now for prices starting at $10.
