Anaheim Ducks Tickets

The Anaheim Ducks ended last season first in the Pacific and battled it out in the first round of playoffs, only to lose in seven games to the Predators. This was more impressive due to an early slump that led to Bruce Boudreau making some mid-season tactical changes that provided the much-needed boost. The team will look to go strong from the get-go in the 2016-2017 season and make it past the first round of playoffs. There have been few additions to the team, but Jonathan Bernier and Randy Carlyle will don the jersey this year. You can get your tickets on Razorgator now so that you do not miss out on what is sure to be a great season for the Ducks.

Anaheim Ducks News

Yesterday marked the second time in a row that the Anaheim Ducks lost in a devastating 2 - 3 result at home. Last night, they hosted the New York Islanders. The visitors took the early lead with two goals scored in the first period. It seemed like the home team was going to make a comeback for the win, however, when they tied the game and sent it into a shootout. Unfortunately, the Islanders outscored the Ducks 5 - 4 in the shootout contest to win the game. Anaheim will now rest until after the Thanksgiving holiday, returning to the ice on Friday, November 25 to host the Chicago Blackhawks. Tickets are $48 and up.

It’s been more than a decade since the Anaheim Ducks lost a home game against the Calgary Flames, and that streak was never in question during the Ducks’ victory over the Flames on November 6. After the first period ended in a 1-1 tie, Anaheim went on to score three unanswered goals and win the game by a final of 4-1. Ryan Kesler was able to net goals during two power plays, helping to put the game out of reach. The Ducks are now heading back to Anaheim for a lengthy home stand, starting with a game against the Edmonton Oilers on November 15. Tickets for that showdown start as low as $11.

The Anaheim Ducks went into the Shark Tank hoping to steal a win from the rival San Jose Sharks. For three periods, it was anybody’s game, but it ended up being the Sharks that scored the decisive goal in overtime. The game showed that the two teams are evenly matched, and the Ducks can at least be happy that they earned a point in this road game against one of last year’s Stanley Cup contenders. Anaheim will face the other team that played in the 2016 Stanley Cup Finals when the Pittsburgh Penguins come to Southern California on November 2. Tickets for that game are available starting as low as $21.

The Anaheim Ducks start the 2016-2017 NHL season with a string of away games that begin on October 13 with a game in Dallas against the Stars. The Ducks ended the preseason with a win against the Sharks on October 9. The Sharks led 2-0 until late in the second period when Jakob Silferberg scored. He got another one in the third period to tie the game and send it into overtime. Corey Perry scored in overtime to give the Ducks the victory. The Ducks will hope to carry this momentum as they start the season. The Ducks will finally head home to host the Canucks on October 23. You can still get tickets for all the games, with prices for the home opener starting at $12.

The start of the 2016-2017 season is a month away, and the Anaheim Ducks are preparing their team for a solid season. Last season did not see them get passed the first round of the playoffs, and they will want to do better than that this year. The Ducks recently signed a two-year contract with veteran forward Antoine Vermette, who most recently played for the Coyotes. He will help the team out while Nate Thompson is out due to a torn Achilles tendon. It remains uncertain what will happen with Hampus Lindholm and Rickard Rakell, who have yet to sign a contract. The Ducks' first preseason game will be at home on September 27 against the Coyotes, and you can already get your tickets for just $10.
