2016-2017 NHL News

NHL training camps are scheduled to begin soon, and along with that come the other normal offseason routines including trading and signing players, figuring out lines and getting used to working as a team. For the Colorado Avalanche, however, things are far from normal after the team learned that their coach, Patrick Roy, wouldn’t be returning for the 2016-2017 season. With one year left on his contract, the news was surprising, and no word has yet been given as to who will be the replacement. Keep up to date on all the NHL happenings by attending preseason games starting Sept. 25!
