Houston Texans News

Facing a rookie quarterback making his first ever start, the Texans had no trouble keeping the Oakland Raiders’ offense in check. Houston got out to a 10-0 lead in the first quarter and never trailed in the contest. The Texans now face a real challenge as the team heads to New England to face Tom Brady and the Pats. If Houston can survive that game, it may host the AFC Championship game on January 22nd. Should that come to fruition, tickets start at $507.

While this may have been an ordinary regular season game, the Houston fans surely enjoyed watching the retribution. Is Bill O’Brien starting to regret his multimillion-dollar contract with former Broncos rookie quarterback Brock Osweiler? The Houston Texans coach claims not to be worried, but it’s no secret that Osweiler has been delivering lackluster performances in practice and on the field. In fact, in his first game with the Texans, Osweiler only attempted seven passes and yielded only four completions, none of which ended in a touchdown. That’s enough to make anyone concerned. Find out if Osweiler has what it takes to rise to the occasion when Houston faces the New Orleans Saints on Saturday, August 20. Tickets are still available for purchase starting at prices as low as $8.

The Houston Texans debut against the San Francisco 49ers was full of check down passes from quarterback, Brock Osweiler. The entire night lead to Osweiler getting only a disappointing 27-yards.
