Carolina Panthers News

In a year where the Carolina Panthers have gone from defending NFC champions and owners of the best record in the NFL in 2015 to struggling with a losing record, it’s easy to see why it has been a frustrating year for Carolina. The Panthers went 15-1 last year and advanced to Super Bowl 50 before losing to the Denver Broncos. This season has been a different story, as the Panthers enter their final two games with a 6-8 record. The Panthers won’t reach the playoffs this season but hope to finish the season off on a strong note. Carolina has won its last two games, defeating San Diego 28-16 two weeks ago followed by a 26-15 win over Washington last week.

To say this season has been a frustrating year for the Carolina Panthers doesn’t begin to tell the tale. A year ago, the Panthers were NFC champions, finishing with a league best 15-1 regular season. The Panthers reached the Super Bowl before losing to Denver. This season, however, has been anything but super. Carolina has four games left to try to get to .500. The team enters its Dec. 11 game at home against San Diego at the bottom of the NFC South with a 4-8 record. The Panthers have lost two straight games, including last Sunday’s 40-7 blowout at Seattle. Carolina was out of this one in a hurry, trailing 23-7 at halftime.

The Carolina Panthers might be on life support, but the team is still in the hunt for a playoff spot. With victories in three out of the last four games heading into Thanksgiving weekend, the Panthers have kept pace with most of the NFC South and are only a few games behind the Falcons. After blowing a huge lead against the Saints on November 17, Carolina held on to win but also lost Luke Kuechly and a number of other key defensive players. Now the rest of the team will have to rally if they want to have a shot at making the playoffs. The Panthers’ next home game is on December 11 against the San Diego Chargers, with tickets starting as low as $71.

Looking at the Caroline Panthers losing record this year, you would have never guessed that they made it to the Super Bowl last year as an undefeated team. How the tides have turned. They are at the bottom of the totem pole in the NFC South with a 3-5 record. Just recently they went on a four-game losing streak that many thought they might not be able to pull out of. However, just like with most things, this struggling time passed for the Panthers as they stomped on the Los Angeles Rams on November 6. Cheer the Panthers on to another victory when they take on the Kansas City Chiefs on November 13.

The Carolina Panthers gave fans a glimpse of their former selves this week with a 30-20 victory over the No. 12 Arizona Cardinals. After struggling the entire season, it seems that the team is finally remembering the key to success. Offense, defense and special teams all played exceptionally well, prompting praise from Carolina head coach Ron Rivera and quarterback Cam Newton. “Today we played to our abilities, and we had some better things happen for us,” Rivera commented following the win. Fans are hopeful that the Panthers will make good use of the momentum as they take on the Rams in L.A. this Sunday, Nov. 6. Tickets can be purchased now starting at $61.

The Carolina Panthers already had problems heading into their bye week, and now they may be facing even more as they prepare to head back to the field. Quarterback Cam Newton is still suffering from a concussion sustained in an earlier matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Since then, the Panthers have lost three straight games in a row, bringing their record down to a dismal 1 - 5. Those numbers hardly look real to fans, who watched Cam lead the Panthers to a Super Bowl appearance last season. Carolina will need all the support they can get on Sunday, October 30, when they meet with the Arizona Cardinals. Tickets are $15 and up.

The Carolina Panthers are still searching for a victory after another close loss to the Saints on October 16. New Orleans got an early lead, but the Panthers managed to get within four points when the teams headed into the locker room. The Panthers continued to work hard and it looked like they might manage to pull it off, but the Saints kicked a 52-yard field goal with 11 seconds left to win 41-38. Cam Newman was back and completed 27 of 47 passes for a total of 322 yards. The Panthers have a bye week and will be working hard to come back on October 30 and score a win when they host the Cardinals. You can still get tickets for $28 and up.

Well into the 2016 NFL regular season, the Carolina Panthers are at a loss for what happened to their nearly invincible team from last year. Losing again in Week 5 means that Carolina is now 1-4 and ranked among the bottom ten teams in the league. Many are blaming the funk on the team’s defensive demise after deciding to let free agent Josh Norman leave the team. Getting a win this week is crucial if the Panthers want even a longshot at making the playoffs. They’ll have to beat the also-struggling No. 28 Saints this Sunday, Oct. 16, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in New Orleans. Tickets for this important game can be purchased today starting at $43.

For fans, watching Cam Newton and the rest of the Carolina Panthers struggle to score and defend the ball has been difficult so far this NFL season. Newton’s offensive line has been less than perfect, meaning the MVP quarterback rarely gets enough time to make plays happen down the field. The lack of coverage has meant Newton has had to take some tough hits, and one in particular during Sunday’s loss to the Falcons landed him in treatment for concussion. He was not at Wednesday’s practice, although it remains unclear how long until is cleared to play. The Carolina Panthers face off against the Buccaneers on Monday, Oct. 10. Tickets are on sale now with prices starting at $43.

At 1-2 so far in the season, the Carolina Panthers aren’t looking much like the nearly undefeated heroes of last year. Cam Newton has not shown the efficiency he is known for in 2016 regular season, and the Panthers need him to get it back quickly. After last week’s loss to Minnesota, Coach Ron Rivera addressed some of the team’s issues, stating that he would be working with his team to fix problems such as missing opportunities and getting too many penalties. In Week 4, Carolina will be heading to Atlanta’s Georgia Dome to face the Falcons, who are on a hot streak right now. That game is scheduled for this Sunday, Oct. 2, and tickets are available now! Get yours today for $57 and up.

Don’t worry, Carolina Panthers fans! Cam Newton and the rest of the team have officially rebounded from their Week 1 loss against Super Bowl 50 Champions the Denver Broncos. After a devastating defeat in Denver, the Panthers went on to crush the San Francisco 49ers an astounding 46 - 27. This came after a shaky start to the game, which is a testament to the mental fortitude of quarterback Cam Newton. Now, they will prepare to take on the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday, September 25. Tickets to the clash at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC, are currently on sale and available for prices starting as low as $48.

One of the most anticipated games of the season has already occurred. The two teams that faced off in last year’s Super Bowl, the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos, were set up to play again for their season opener. The Carolina Panthers took the bull by the horns and outscored the Broncos 17-7 in the first half. However, the Broncos came back with a plan in mind to take away that lead, which they were able to do. The fourth quarter ended up playing in the favor of the Broncos as they scored two touchdowns and continued to sack Cam Newton. The game was a nail biter, but the Broncos left the victors at 21-20. Get tickets today for the Panthers next game against the 49ers on September 18. The Carolina Panthers played against the Denver Broncos on September 8 to start the 2016 NFL season. This Super Bowl rematch was sure to be exciting, and it was. The Panthers got an early lead, but the Broncos came back in the fourth quarter to narrowly take the victory 21-20. The game was almost the Panthers' when they had a field goal with just four seconds left in the game. However, Graham Gano missed the 50-yard field goal attempt. Cam Netwon threw for one touchdown and rushed for another and had 18 of 33 completed passes. The Panthers host the 49ers on the 18, and you can still get your tickets to see the game in person for just $17.

As the defending NFC champions, the Carolina Panthers have a lot to live up to in the 2015-2016 season. Following such an impressive year, last week’s preseason match with the Patriots was surprisingly lacking in several aspects. The 19-17 final score was a close one, but the Panthers, who made a name for themselves forcing turnovers, gave up three possessions to the Patriots. While preseason games don’t count in a team’s overall record, they’re important in figuring out lineups and starting teams. Carolina’s final roster will be revealed soon, as they begin regular season play Thursday, Sept. 8, at Denver. Don’t miss the rematch of the 2016 Superbowl—get tickets now for $132.

The Carolina Panthers have a lot to be excited about this year. They are coming off an incredible season and still have Cam Newton to run the offense, so what more could they be ecstatic about? Out of the blue, Devin Funchess, a Carolina wide receiver has grown leaps and bounds in his position. Funchess is not only quick, but he has size and strength on his side as well. Tickets for this season aren’t going to be easy to come by since last season was so successful, so don’t miss your chance to purchase them before it’s too late. See them in their first home game of the season on August 26 for an affordable $50 each.

The Carolina Panthers are already well known for their high-scoring offense, a la superstar starting quarterback Cam Newton. This year, however, they will look to round out their strategy by adding key defensive players. At training camp this week, rookie defensive backs James Bradberry and Daryl Worley looked more like seasoned veterans than mere backup options. The pair should be an invaluable addition to an already formidable roster. Come check out Carolina’s defensive depth when the Panthers play their next preseason game on Friday, August 26. They will host Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Tickets are already on sale and available for purchase starting as low as $24.

It was a confusing preseason opener for Carolina Panthers fans, even without the presence of starting quarterback Cam Newton. The Super Bowl runners up looked like a shadow of themselves last week, kicking off their season against the Baltimore Ravens. Carolina is accustomed to dominating practically every team they play, which is why their 19 - 22 loss was especially painful. Panthers fans shouldn’t have to worry, though, as the tables are likely to turn once Newton makes his 2016 - 2017 debut. They’ll play their next home preseason game on Friday, August 26 against the New England Patriots. Tickets are already available for purchase starting at $24 and up.

No franchise is more excited about the beginning of the NFL season than whichever team comes up short in the previous Super Bowl. The Carolina Panthers have had a long offseason to think about the year that could have been, and now they finally get to start trying to work their way back for a shot at the Lombardi Trophy. While a few players moved on to other teams, the Panther’s offense remains primarily intact, with Cam Newton looking to build on his MVP season. Carolina has some decent pre-season competition with the Patriots on August 26 and the Steelers on September 1. Tickets for the game against the Pats start at $38, while fans can get seats for the Steelers game for as low as $32.

Last season, Cam Newton led the Carolina Panthers to a 15-1 season, taking the team all the way to the Super Bowl before ultimately losing to the Broncos. Newton had his best season yet, rushing for 10 touchdowns and passing for 35 more. Despite all his success, he is still in the hot seat and being encouraged to improve his game. Ron Rivera, head coach for the Panthers, has challenged Newton this offseason by helping him to improve his footwork, technique, delivery and mental aspects of the game. Will Newton lead the Panthers to yet another Super Bowl? The season kicks for Carolina Aug. 11 at Baltimore. Tickets for that game are on sale now for only $11 and up.

Carolina Panthers Matchups

Panthers vs Falcons Tickets

Carolina Panthers vs Atlanta Falcons is a matchup born in the humid temperatures of the Southeast. Known as the I-85 rivalry the Panthers and Falcons have faced each other twice a year, every year since the Panthers inception in 1995. Carolina’s first ever loss came at the hands of the Falcons in 1995 and the NFC South rivalry was en route. Having won the division a combined 10 times the Panthers know that another NFC South division title will go through A-Town. With the Carolina Panthers only loss in the regular season last year coming at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons, every Panthers fan knows they’ll be looking for vengeance when they play the Falcons this year in Charlotte on Christmas Eve at Bank of America stadium. Panthers vs Falcons tickets are always some of the hottest tickets in the NFL every season.
… more

Panthers vs Saints Tickets

While Panthers vs Saints has always been a tenacious matchup, it seems the rivalry never kicked into high gear until long-time Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme began to take snaps. Beginning his career with the Saints he eventually found his way to the Panthers and began to torment his former team and home. Seemingly always finding themselves with different coaching philosophies (Defense vs. Offense) these two teams began to play in games with big hits and bigger scores, and 2016 doesn’t look any different. With both these teams looking to claim the NFC South division expect these matchups to hit hard and Panthers vs Saints tickets to be in high demand.

Panthers vs Buccaneers Tickets

Buccaneers fans will consider the Panthers one of their greatest rivals, however, there is a possible dispute on that with the Panthers fan base. Having a 20-11 record over a rival would seem to make the argument suspect but there have been some absolutely brutal games played between these two NFC South teams. Having played each other twice a year since 2002 these teams have played games that have ended seasons, none more famous than Chris Simm’s ruptured spleen that ended his year in 2006. The Panthers have definitely run the gamut as of yet with a 6 game win streak culminating in Lovie Smith’s firing at the end of last year; Panthers fans expect the streak to continue in 2016. Panthers vs Buccaneers promises to bring the heat and Panthers vs Bucs tickets will be some of the best this season!
