The Raptors were four and a half games out of first place but just a game behind third-place Washington. The Raptors appear to be in good shape for a first-round home game. Toronto is five games in front of fifth-place Atlanta. DeMar DeRozan has been a tear this season. The guard pours in 27 points per game and is the fifth-leading scorer in the league. After beating Chicago 122-120 in overtime on March 21, the Raptors ran their winning streak to three games.

Jonas Valanciunas added 14 points and also had 12 rebounds, making his 25th double-double this season. The team's defense was on point, holding Dallas to just a 36.5 percent shooting from the floor. The team will look to use this momentum to add some more wins. The Raptors host the Thunder on the 16, and then they head to Detroit to play the Pistons on the 17. They will be back home to host the Pacers and then the Bulls on the 19 and the 21. Be sure to get your tickets now, with prices starting at $136.

Just when it seems like the Toronto Raptors are finally starting to get some momentum going, they add an embarrassing defeat to their record. They visited the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Saturday evening for a clash with the 28-33 Milwaukee Bucks. It should have been an easy victory for the Raptors, who held the lead after the first quarter, but everything changed at halftime. Milwaukee scored a jaw-dropping 41 points in the second quarter to sprint away with the lead. Although Toronto made a valiant comeback effort, the Bucks ultimately won 101-94. Come support the Raptors when they return home on March 13 to host the Dallas Mavericks. Tickets are $38 and up.

The Toronto Raptors have been clawing their way near the top of the Eastern Conference of the NBA all season. As March began, the Raptors were 36-24, six games behind conference-leading Cleveland and just two games behind second-place Boston. After winning its final game before the All-Star break on Feb. 15, Toronto finished February with three more wins in a row, defeating Boston 107-97 on Feb. 24, getting past Portland 112-106 on Feb. 26 and edging the New York Knicks 92-91 on Feb. 27. DeMar DeRozan has been on a tear for the Raptors, having led the team in scoring in the three final games of February. DeRozan had 43 points against Boston and followed that up with 33 and 37 in the next two.

Saying that the Toronto Raptors had a bad week might be the understatement of the year. The No. 8 team has now lost five in a row, by far their longest skid this season. The bad luck started with a frustrating loss to the 76ers, following by a beating from the Hornets. Toronto returned to the Air Canada Centre to play the next two, but also dropped to the Suns and the Spurs. The Raptors headed to Memphis on Wednesday, but again weren’t able to pull themselves together, losing 99-101. This Friday’s home game with the Milwaukee Bucks is an important as ever for Toronto, so be sure to be there to lend your support! Ticket prices start at $71.

The Toronto Raptors managed to prevent a third straight loss on Tuesday night, when they hosted the Boston Celtics at Air Canada Centre. Although the Celtics gave the home crowd a scare in the second quarter with a massive 37 points scored, the Raptors were able to fend them off and secure the victory 114-106. This was a much-needed victory for Toronto, as Boston was ranked just as high as they were. Now, the Raptors will prepare to host the New York Knicks on Sunday, January 15. Tickets to the game are still available and selling for prices starting as low as $75. Buy yours now to secure your seats!

The Toronto Raptors are one of the NBA’s best teams, but their skills were put to the test in Wednesday’s contest against the Golden State Warriors. DeMar DeRozan showed up for the Raptors, scoring 29 points, followed closely by Kyle Lowry who earned 27. Despite fervent efforts, Lowry, DeRozan and the rest of the Raptors ultimately couldn’t keep up with Steph Curry and the Warriors, losing 111-121. This was the third game in a six-game road trip for Toronto, who will travel to Phoenix, Los Angeles (Lakers) and Sacramento before returning home to the Air Canada Centre on Thursday, Jan. 5, to face the Jazz. Tickets can be yours for $76 and up!

The Toronto Raptors were hoping that the old saying “the third time’s the charm” was going to come true against the Cavaliers this week. For the third time this season, however, the Raps couldn’t best the defending NBA champions, falling in Monday’s game 112-116. The loss ended an impressive six-game winning streak for Toronto and knocked them from second to fourth place in the NBA rankings. The disappointment didn’t last long; the Raptors won their next four in a row including a 101-94 toppling of the Boston Celtics on Friday. Up next, the Toronto Raptors will take on the Atlanta Hawks at the Air Canada Centre this Friday, Dec. 16. Ticket prices start at $25.

The Toronto Raptors are on absolute fire lately! They extended their winning streak to a fourth straight victory last night, trouncing the Memphis Grizzlies in a high-scoring 120 - 105 shootout. It was the second half that sealed the deal for the home team, as they scored an astounding 34 points in the third quarter followed by 31 in the fourth. The Raptors are now sitting at second place in the Eastern Conference with an impressive overall record of 12 - 6. The Raptors will gear up to host the reigning NBA Champions, the Cleveland Cavaliers, on Monday, December 5. Get your tickets to this epic matchup for as little as $41.

The Toronto Raptors expect to battle against the Cleveland Cavaliers all season long. The game on November 15 was an example of how competitive these two teams are, with the Cavs finally edging the Raptors 121-117. Toronto got a combined 54 points from the backcourt duo of Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, but it wasn't enough to withstand the onslaught from LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, as Cleveland's big three simply could not be contained. The Raptors will be on the road until the end of the month when the team returns home to face the Philadelphia 76ers on November 28. Tickets for that game start as low as $18.

The Toronto Raptors wrapped up a three-game series on their home turf at the Air Canada Centre on Halloween night. The Raptors hosted the Denver Nuggets for the Nuggets second of five away games. Toronto seemed to have a good hold on the game, leading the Nuggets by 13 points to end the first half. However, Denver rallied back during the third quarter to only trail by four points. It all came down to the fourth quarter, where both teams were playing their best offensively and defensively. Luckily, the Raptors were able to hold off the Nuggets and give their home crowd a 105-102 win. See them play next against the Miami Heat on November 4.

The NBA season has slightly begun as the preseason is still underway. The Toronto Raptors took on the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday, October 19 and showed the Pistons that they were ready to bring home the win. The Raptors outscored the Pistons by over six points in both the first and second quarter. The Pistons weren’t able to come back from the deficit and lost 92-103. Lowry was the highest scorer for the Raptors, racking in 27 points to add to DeRozan’s 26 points. See if they Raptors can have such successful results when they take on the Cleveland Cavaliers on October 28. Tickets start at $81 each so purchase yours before its too late.

Entering the 2016-2017 preseason, the Toronto Raptors are one of the few teams that didn’t make many moves during the summer. Bismack Biyombo left to play in Orlando and the Raptors brought in former Celtics big man Jared Sullinger, but that covers the main happenings from the Toronto offseason. It stands to reason that the team wouldn’t want to shake things up too drastically after having a very successful postseason that everyone in Toronto would like to repeat. If you’re excited to get watching NBA action in Canada, the preseason has arrived and tickets are selling. After the Raptors host the Warriors on October 1, the Denver Nuggets come to Toronto for a game on October 3.
