Miami Heat Tickets

The Miami Heat have been such a prevalent force in the NBA that it’s easy to forget that they have only been around since the league’s expansion in 1988. Since then, the Heat have won 11 Southeast Division titles, five Eastern Conference titles and three NBA championships. Even those impressive numbers aren’t enough to satisfy a hungry Miami team, however. Entering the 2016-2017 season, the Heat will rely on team captain Chris Bosh to lead the team to yet another playoff appearance with the hopes of a shot at the championship title. The Miami Heat are gearing up to warm things up this fall and winter—tickets to see them play are available now!

Miami Heat News

Hassan Whiteside's 25 rebounds were enough to turn the head of any NBA fan, but the impressive stat was not enough to get the Miami Heat a win over the Atlanta Hawks on November 15. Whiteside was the only bright spot for Miami in a game that dropped the team further down in the Eastern standings. The Heat did manage to keep the Hawks under 100 points, but the team's offense was lackluster and Miami ended up losing by a final of 93-90. The Heat will look to get back on track when a struggling Grizzlies team comes to town on November 26. Tickets for that game start as low as $15.

The Miami Heat finally got what the team needed from Goran Dragic. After getting off to a so-so start, the Miami point guard scored 25 points and helped to close out the Sacramento Kings in an overtime game on November 1. The Heat also got solid play from Tyler Johnson, the backup for Dragic, who has been providing some much-needed bench scoring throughout the season. The win got Miami back to .500 on the season and provided the team’s first home win. The Heat will look to do more winning at home in November, starting with a game against the Utah Jazz on November 12. Tickets for that matchup start as low as $16.

The Miami Heat used its second-to-last preseason game to show that this team is ready for regular season to start. Playing against the Orlando Magic, Miami dominated on both ends of the court and went on to win by 30 points, 107-77. The Heat shut down all of Orlando’s best scoring threats while presenting a balanced offensive attack that featured contributions from all the starters. Goran Dragic lead the way with 17, which is a good sign for a Heat team that will need to get a lot out of its starting point guard if it wants to contend in the East. The regular season starts in Miami on October 28 when the Charlotte Hornets come to town. Tickets are available starting at $19.

If sports analysts know one thing about this upcoming NBA season, it’s that they don’t know what to expect from the 2016-2017 Miami Heat. For the first time since 2002, the team will be playing without future Hall of Fame guard Dwyane Wade, and now health concerns have also put Chris Bosh’s future with the Heat in question. A handful of players from the last few seasons remain, but many new faces are joining the team and fans are anxious to see how they’ll work together on the court. The Heat’s first preseason game in Miami will be on October 8 against the Minnesota, and tickets start as low as $20.
