They added three more in the third when Valencia had an RBI double, as did Khris Davis and Billy Butler. Then, the Rangers started to rally and closed the gap. Going into the ninth, Oakland retained a 6-5 lead. However, Texas got two runs in the bottom of the ninth to win the game. The two teams play again on the 26 and 27, and then the Athletics head to Cleveland to play the Indians starting on the 29. You can still get tickets for $5 and up.

There goes the winning streak the Oakland Athletics had! After recently winning six of their last seven games, they now have slid to 38 - 51 and have only had two victories in their last six matches. Last night’s loss to the Houston Astros was particularly devastating, as it looked like Oakland was going to pull out the win. Unfortunately, the Astros managed to tie things up in the bottom of the ninth inning to send the game into extra time. Then, Houston scored the winning run in the bottom of the tenth to win the game 2 - 1. The A’s will now head home to face the Toronto Blue Jays; tickets to Friday’s game are $19.

Do not count the Oakland Athletics out of the MLB running just yet! Although they have a long way to go to catch up with the leaders of the National League, they are also boasting just one loss out of the last seven games. Perhaps even more remarkable is the fact that they have a chance to sweep division leaders the San Francisco Giants. Oakland has won the last three games and will play one more against San Francisco at home tonight. This is a clash you won’t want to miss, so get your tickets now! Prices currently start as low as $55. Act fast, as quantities are already limited.

The Oakland Athletics were off to a great start against the Texas Rangers on Wednesday night, but it ended up being one of their most disappointing games of the season. The A’s were dominating the Texans with a 5-0 lead and Sonny Gray playing out of his mind. However, the Texans weren’t willing to give up the victory that easily. The Rangers were able to tie it up with five runs in the sixth inning, and topped it off with a home run in both the seventh and eighth inning. Needless to say, the A’s left the game in complete shock. See if they are able to recover when they take on the Los Angeles Angels on June 17. Tickets are still available.

The Oakland Athletics have now slid to fourth place in the American League West after losing the last five out of six games. Yesterday was a particularly tough defeat, as the Seattle Mariners managed to edge them out 6-5 in the last two innings. Oakland led the game 5-2 after an explosive sixth inning, and it looked like the A’s would take home the win. Seattle came surging back with two runs in both the eighth and ninth innings to lock up the victory. The A’s have one more match with the Mariners today before coming home to face the Detroit Tigers on Friday, May 27. Tickets are $9 and up.

It’s been a rough week for the Oakland Athletics that started with a postponed Friday night game that turned Saturday into a double header. With one win and one loss, the day was split heading into the series finale on Sunday in Baltimore. Things didn’t go well for the A’s, with the night ending in a 3-11 beating from the Orioles. Oakland faced additional losses Monday and Tuesday in Boston, a notoriously difficult place to play. Up next for Oakland is a series in Tampa before returning home to the O.CO Coliseum to face the Texas Rangers beginning Monday, May 16. Tickets for that series can be purchased now, with prices starting at only $16.

It looks like the Oakland Athletics’ momentum has come to a grinding halt. Although they looked strong on the road against the New York Yankees and in their opening game against the Toronto Blue Jays, the Athletics have now lost three games in a row. They are currently on the road against the Detroit Tigers. Last night, they lost the opening game of the four-game series 3-7. Oakland will have three more opportunities for redemption, however, so don’t count them out of the competition! Their next home game is against the Houston Astros on Friday, April 29. You can secure your seat to the ballgame for as little as $19.

In the Oakland Athletics' final Spring Training game, they lost to the Diamondbacks 12-9. The A's got on the board quickly, scoring five runs in the second inning and two more in the fourth and sixth inning. The second inning began with Chris Coghlan hitting a two-run double and continued with Yonder Alonso having an RBI double. Chad Pinder had a two-run homer to end the inning. After leading the Diamondbacks 7-0 in the fourth, the Diamondbacks started to rally and ended up taking the game. The Athletics have three exhibition games in San Francisco against the Giants before their home opener on April 4 when they host the White Sox. You can still get tickets for $15 and up.

There is not much longer for Oakland Athletics fans to wait. The new season kicks off with a bang on April 4th. The Athletics start their season with a home game against the Chicago White Sox. You can still get your tickets to be there at the beginning for as little as $32. Help the A’s Bounce Back in 2016
Hey there, A’s fans! With spring fast approaching, that means A’s baseball is just right around the corner. Cheap Oakland Athletics tickets are still available, and Bob Melvin and the boys need your support to bounce back from a disappointing 2015 campaign that saw them drop to the basement of the AL West. Lost in the A’s struggles last year was the fact that the team had an astonishing 19-35 record in one-run games. Much of that was due to the many injuries that absolutely decimated the bullpen. Sean Doolittle was one of those injury casualties, and his return to the closer’s role is welcomed. Key offseason acquisitions Ryan Madson and Liam Hendrix should also help is providing late inning relief to Sonny Gray and the starters.

Welcoming Your Stars Back to the Field
These new additions will serve as a good compliment to the offensive output that’s come to be expected from lineup regulars such as:

  • Stephen Vogt
  • Coco Crisp
  • Bill Butler
  • Josh Reddick
Billy Burns proved himself to be one of the more dynamic leadoff hitters in the game in 2015, and should give the A’s the spark they need at the top of the lineup. Meanwhile, hopes are high that newly-acquired Chris Coghlan can display the same form that saw him win the NL Rookie of the Year in 2009.

Key dates for the upcoming season include the home opening series with the White Sox starting on April 2nd, the first visit from division rivals the Angels on April 11th, and the always-anticipated interleague matchup with the crosstown Giants starting June 29th. Discount ticket prices start at $28. Make sure you’re there at the O.CO Coliseum to help cheer your guys on to the AL West division crown.
