The Minnesota Twins went 3-1 against the Rangers in their latest four game series. In their final game before the All Star break, the Twins won 15-5. The Twins really got going in the fifth inning when Joe Mauer had an RBI single followed shortly by a grand slam from Max Kepler. Then in the seventh, Robbie Grossman, Eddie Rosario and Kurt Suzuki had some hits that brought in runs. Then Eduardo Escobar had a two run homer and Brian Dozier added another homer for a seven run inning. The Twins weren't done yet, and added two more in the eighth. The Twins host the Indians to start the second half of the season on July 15, and tickets are still available for $32 and up.

The Milwaukee Brewers went 2-1 when they hosted the Nationals in their latest three game series that started on June 24. After losing an early lead, the Brewers came back from behind to win in the first game. The second game was another close one, but the Brewers were able to maintain their lead and win 6-5. The third game did not go their way. After a scoreless six innings, the Nationals earned some runs and the Brewers were unable to get ahead. The Brewers also lost their first of three games against the Dodgers by just one run. The two teams face off again on the 29 and 30 in Milwaukee. You can still get tickets for just $5.

The Milwaukee Brewers may be in a bit of a rut on the road this season, but their next trip may just change all that. In recent years, Dodgers Stadium has been a lucky spot to play for the Brewers, who could use a swing in momentum after taking a three-game dive to the Mets earlier this week. This weekend, rookie Junior Guerra will take the starting spot on the mound for Milwaukee, and will face off against LA’s leftie Scott Kazmir. After the four-game series concludes, the Brewers will head to Oakland early next week for three games and then will return home to Miller Park to take on the Nationals starting next Friday, June 24.

Yesterday’s win over the Atlanta Braves was a much-needed victory for the floundering Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers, who are fourth in the National League Central with a 19-26 record, managed to beat the Braves 2-1 while on the road at Turner Field. It was a close match, with most fans expecting the game to go into extra innings until the top of the eighth. That’s when Milwaukee was able to tack on the winning run. The Brewers will play the Braves two more times before returning home on Friday, May 27 to face the Cincinnati Reds. Tickets to the homecoming game are currently available for purchase starting at just $5.

After a stint of losses early last week, the Milwaukee Brewers regained some ground this weekend against the Reds, beating them 13-7 on Saturday and 5-4 Sunday. Beginning this week’s series against the Marlins, however, it was apparent that there are still kinks to work out. Monday’s game saw Milwaukee hitting just five balls, committing three errors and failing to score eight times with plenty of opportunity. The 1-4 loss was followed by the Brewers rallying with a 10-2 win Tuesday, with the series tiebreaker scheduled for Wednesday (May 11) at Marlins Park. The Milwaukee Brewers will be back on their home field this Friday, May 13, against the Padres. Tickets can be purchased now for only $7.

Much to the delight of fans everywhere, the Milwaukee Brewers managed to snap their three-game losing streak over the weekend! The win came on Sunday against the visiting Philadelphia Phillies, who had been seeking a sweep against the Brewers. Philadelphia won the first two matchups of their three-game series handily, scoring an impressive ten runs in Saturday’s game. On Sunday, however, Milwaukee salvaged the series by scoring two runs in the fourth inning and a whopping six in the sixth inning. The effort was enough to defeat Philadelphia 8-5 and avoid the sweep. Their next series at home kicks off this Friday against the Miami Marlins. Tickets to the game on April 29 are $5 and up.

The Milwaukee Brewers beat Houston 6-1 in an exhibition game on March 31. Jimmy Nelson started on the mound and shut out the Astros during his 5 1/3 innings. He had five strikeouts during his tenure and only allowed two hits. Jonathan Lucroy went 3-3, Ryan Braun had a home run and the team has a whole was able to get a total of 14 hits. The Brewers play the Astros in the second of two exhibition games on April 1. Then they head home to host the Giants for an Opening Day game on April 4. You can still get tickets to Opening Day, with prices starting at $5, to see the action in person.

The Milwaukee Brewers are getting ready for the new season to start back up, currently fighting through the preseason. They started out extremely strong, winning their first four matchups, but they now have a record of 9-6. You can attend the next preseason game, on March 20th against the Los Angeles Dodgers, for as little as $10. The official season starts on April 4th. The Brewers will have their season opener and home opener against the San Francisco Giants. Tickets are available starting at $38. The Brewers have an advantage by starting the season on their own field, but the Giants are sure to put up a tough fight. Come out and cheer Milwaukee to their first victory.
