Colorado Rockies Tickets

The Colorado Rockies have made some interesting moves in off-season to prepare for a strong 2017 season. Ian Desmond will be playing first base, which many see as an odd move. Time will tell whether this will pay off. The Rockies have a strong rotation, with five starter pitchers who have the potential to get an ERA better than 100. The Rockies had stats like that the last time they made it to the postseason. Will the work the Rockies have been doing work out to make this the year for them? Get your tickets on Razorgator so that you can be there in person to catch all the action live and see how the season progresses.

Colorado Rockies News

The Colorado Rockies benefitted from two homers from Ian Desmond Wednesday to beat the Padres 11-3. After missing the first weeks of the season due to an injury in his hand, Desmond earned his first two home runs for the Rockies in the contest off San Diego’s Jered Weaver. Pitching for Colorado was Antonio Senzatela, who held the Padres to six hits in six innings, including three runs. After losing the first of the three-game series, the win helped the Rockies tie things up at one game apiece, with the third and final to be held on Thursday, May 4, at Petco Park. Colorado returns to their hometown this weekend to host Arizona at Coors Field. Tickets for Saturday’s game (May 6) are available today for $13.

The Colorado Rockies were handed their first shutout loss on Wednesday just two weeks in to the season. After the game, Colorado manager Bud Black stated that their opponent’s bullpen simply kept them off balance. Despite the loss, the Rockies are 6-4 so far and sit in second place in the NL West. They’ll head out for two series in California this week—first in San Francisco (April 14-16) and then in Los Angeles (April 18-19) against the Dodgers. They’ll be back in action at Coors Field in Denver beginning Friday, April 21, against the Giants. Pick up tickets from us now and they’ll set you back only $13 and up.
