MLB Playoffs FAQ

How and when will I get my tickets?

When ordering tickets from RazorGator, you are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee, meaning your tickets will always be authentic, will always arrive in time for the event and will always be what you ordered or better.

If time permits, your tickets will be shipped via FedEx to the address provided on the Checkout Page. Most tickets will ship the day you order and arrive the following morning or afternoon. Once your tickets ship, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail which includes your FedEx tracking number.

Please Note: All FedEx packages require a signature. If someone is not at home to sign for the package or if you work during the day, we advise you provide a business address.

For last minute orders, we may arrange for local pickup or will call. We will provide the pickup details, including location and time, in the Order Confirmed e-mail.

Can I purchase tickets the day of the game?

You can purchase tickets the day of the game if tickets are still available. We will process your order immediately and arrange for local pickup near or at the venue. No matter when you purchase the tickets, you are backed by RazorGator’s 100% Buyer Guarantee meaning your tickets will always be authentic, will always arrive in time for the event and will always be what you ordered or better.

Can you deliver tickets to my hotel?

Yes. If the tickets are being shipped to a hotel, provide the address of the hotel and the name of the person on the room reservation.

Please Note: Your tickets might not be delivered until the day before or day of the game. If you will be traveling to the game, please contact us two days prior to your departure so we can make alternative delivery arrangements, including delivery to a hotel or local pickup at the venue.

Can I pickup my tickets at the venue?

You can pickup your tickets at the venue if there is insufficient time to ship. We will provide the pickup details, including location and time, in the Order Confirmed e-mail.

Do I get a refund if a game is not played or my team does not make the playoffs?

Yes. If a game is not played due to elimination or your team does not advance, you will receive a full refund and less shipping. To process your refund, you must return all the tickets fully intact to RazorGator. We are not responsible for tickets lost in transit. We advise you use a certified shipping method to ensure we receive the tickets.

What if the game time/date changes and I cannot go?

All playoff dates and times are subject to change without notice. Please pay close attention to local media (newspapers, radio, TV) for times/schedule due to last minutes changes by MLB. RazorGator is not responsible to communicate time and dates changes and are unable to offer refunds if you cannot attend a new time or date.

What happens if my game is rained out?

Not to worry, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game. RazorGator cannot give refunds if you are unable to attend the makeup date.
