Award Recognizes Entrepreneurial Excellence in Emerging Growth Category

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 29, 2006) – RazorGator, a global event experience company for premier sports and entertainment events worldwide, today announced that David Lord, chief executive officer at RazorGator, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2006 Award in the Emerging Growth category in the Greater Los Angeles area. According to Ernst & Young, the award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic and growing businesses. David Lord was selected by an independent panel of judges and the award was presented at an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 20th anniversary gala event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on June 27, 2006.

David Lord’s nomination credits him with taking a simple online ticket broker and evolving it into several business lines servicing consumers, elite corporate clients, and powerhouse professional sports organizations. Under Lord’s leadership, RazorGator restructured the company, secured over $49 million in Series A and B financing, created a multi-faceted growth strategy, and recruited an outstanding management team.

“Being chosen for such a prestigious award is truly amazing,” stated David Lord, chief executive at RazorGator. “Although the award was given to me as an individual, it really represents the spirit and outstanding service the entire RazorGator team delivers every single day to every single client and partner we serve.”

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards program celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and continues to honor entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. “Ernst & Young is proud of its history in recognizing these outstanding leaders and their companies,” said Tony Radaich, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year program director for the Greater Los Angeles area.

As a Greater Los Angeles award winner, David Lord is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2006 national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 18, 2006. The overall national Entrepreneur Of The Year award recipient is then considered for the world event held in Monte Carlo.
