How do I access the e-tickets I’ve purchased?
Tap on the “My Tickets” bar in the menu to view your orders. All of the e-tickets you’ve purchased will be listed by event date. We’ll always email you a copy of the tickets too.
Tickets purchased in the Razorgator app are only accessible in the app or by email, and are separate from any purchased with an account on the Razorgator Web site.
Do I need to print my e-tickets?
Not all venues will scan the e-ticket barcode right from your phone. To be sure, please contact the venue and print a copy of the tickets to take with you.
Can I return e-tickets once I’ve bought them?
Orders are considered final once placed. No cancelations or exchanges are allowed.
What happens if my event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you’ll be able to use your original e-ticket(s) in most cases. We can’t issue replacements or refunds. If an event is cancelled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, you’ll receive a full refund.
