The wait for The Cure’s 2016 tour is finally over, and the band has yet to disappoint in the early going. Fans at the American Airlines Center in Dallas were treated to not one, not two, not three, but FOUR separate encores, with “Boys Don’t Cry” bringing the house down in the true finale. The Cure will be playing three shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, May 22-24, before moving up the West Coast and then heading back East where the continental U.S. portion of the tour ends in Miami on June 27. Tickets for the shows in Los Angeles start as low as $118, while the following stop in Mountain View, CA has lawn seating available starting at $34.

If you haven’t purchased your tickets to the opening show for iconic glam rockers The Cure, there is still time to do so! The singers of such beloved hits as “Friday I’m In Love,” “Boys Don’t Cry,” “Love Song,” and “Just Like Heaven” are nearly ready to take the stage once again. They will kick off their long-awaited tour on Tuesday, May 10, which is less than four weeks away! The first show of the tour will take place at UNO Lakefront Arena in beautiful New Orleans, LA. This is sure to be a comeback you won’t want to miss, so buy your tickets before they sell out for good. Prices start at $29.

The Cure are still a few months away from kicking off their long awaited summer tour, but rumors are already flying surrounding another one of their alleged projects. Some sources suggest that Robert Smith and the rest of the famous glam Goth rockers are considering making a brand new album, if they haven’t started on it already. Fans have been left to wonder, and hope, that they will release it jointly with their tour. If so, it would be an epic year for the prestigious band from the 80s. Whether or not they have any new material to play, come catch The Cure at their first show on May 10.

1/29/16 - As fans of The Cure get set for the launch of their upcoming tour, it seems there is more and more attention for them in the news lately. Popular website Music Radar recently published a list of the 60 greatest bassists of all time, as voted by the masses, and ranking all the way at No. 3 was a The Cure’s Simon Gallup. Only John Taylor of Duran Duran and Geddy Lee from Rush earned higher honors on the list, which also acknowledged Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) and Les Claypool (Primus) among the top 15. Gallup, Robert Smith and the rest of the legendary goth-rock outfit will be in New Orleans May 10-11th—order your tickets today!

1/22/16 - Only the most fervent fans of The Cure will be really familiar with the song “A Few Hours After This,” but it’s about to get a whole lot more popular. The track, off the B-Side of the album The Head on the Door, has been re-recorded by the group. Robert Smith and the rest of the band gave Neil Cross, producer of the hit show Luther, permission to use the tune. The Cure is embarking on their highly anticipated tour May 10, beginning with a stint of shows in North America. Catch them at their first concert in New Orleans, their final performance in Miami, or anywhere in between. Check out the listing and get your tickets today!

1/15/16 - The upcoming 2016 Sasquatch! Festival is set to kick off in May, celebrating its 15th anniversary. The headlining acts have officially been announced, starting with none other than legendary goth-rock outfit The Cure. Other major artists on-tap include Disclosure, Florence and The Machine, Major Lazer, Alabama Shakes and M83. Indie favorites Tycho, Kurt Vile and Chet Faker will be on hand as well, as the festival is quickly shaping up into one of the true can’t-miss performances of the year. The Cure will also be on the road throughout the summer, touching down in cities across the United States and Canada. Don’t miss the chance to catch them live—order your Cure tickets today!

1/1/16 - Even though the New Year has barely begun, everyone is talking about a certain tour that won’t be commencing until late Spring. That tour is The Cure, and their next endeavor starts Tuesday, May 10 at UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, LA. In the meantime, everyone is also beginning to speculate about 2016 music festival season. Many have noticed that Robert Smith and the rest of the rockers have carefully scheduled their tour dates around the Sasquatch! Festival in the state of Washington without actually announcing an appearance. Find out as this summer gets closer, and catch The Cure live at their kickoff show on May 10. Tickets are $52.

12/25/15 - Apparently The Cure is a huge deal in Boise, ID. A local radio station called The River has been playing Cure songs approximately every hour and a half, with hits ranging from “Just Like Heaven” and “Friday I’m in Love.” The band also accounts for the most-read articles and most-played videos in Boise, leading up to their show there on Thursday, June 2. Many fans may wonder why the quintessential 80’s rockers are such big news in Idaho, but the reality is that in their nearly 40 years together, they have never once visited Boise. It’s a huge occasion, and tickets are already selling out. Get yours before they’re gone!

12/18/15 - Music fans in Idaho got some great news this week—they won’t have to travel to neighboring cities like Salt Lake City to see The Cure in concert this summer. Although it’s not a typical stopping point for big artists, that didn’t stop The Cure from adding a stop in Boise to their concert tour. Those who plan to attend the June 2 show should know that this will be anything but a light night of music. The band is currently touring in Europe, and shows have been four hours long. After an hour of the opening act, The Cure rocks the stage for approximately three hours, playing a set list that includes up to 40 songs. Get your tickets for the show at Boise’s Century Link Arena for $75.

12/11/15 - Not many bands can boast a loyal following like The Cure, who has announced not only an upcoming United States tour, but now also a European swing in 2016 as well. Robert Smith and company will touch down in 17 different countries for 30 additional shows beyond their U.S. set, highlighting the avid worldwide interest which still exists for this pioneering gothic pop-rock act out of West Sussex, England. With Reeves Gabrels on lead guitar, Simon Gallup on bass, Roger O’Donnell on keys and Jason Cooper on drums, the band’s all set for a strong run, some 40 years after their first days together. Hurry and grab your tickets to see The Cure live in ’16!

12/4/15 - Those who have been fans of The Cure since the early days will remember a time when the band’s future was in jeopardy. After the 1982 release of Pornography and subsequent concert tour, bassist Simon Gallup decided to leave the band. Rumors of a complete dissolution were swirling, and even front man Robert Smith knew if The Cure would remain intact. After a successful reinvention of their musical style, the band recorded The Top, which launched them into fame internationally. Although the years since have had ups and down of their own, Smith and the rest of the band remain one of the most influential bands of all time. They are scheduled to tour in the United States beginning in May 2016.

11/20/15 - British alternative rockers The Cure may have slowed down in recent years, but they still remain one of the single most influential bands in music history. They emerged in the late 1970s, when the Goth movement was just getting started. Although their look fit right in with the drama of the 1980s, they proved there was much more to them than trendy looks. From the get go, their music was much more melodic and catchy than the rest of the sea of moody bands. In fact, some argue that they saved the Goth genre altogether – brilliantly showcasing its emotions without feeding into the predominant cultural stereotype. Catch these legends live starting May 13 in Austin, TX.

11/13/15 - British alternative rockers The Cure have toured in North America on and off for the last seven years, but that hasn’t stopped their massive fan base from getting excited about their upcoming road trip. The tour will include 37 years of hits as well as a few rare unreleased songs. Robert Smith and the rest of the band just announced that they will kick off the first show of the North American leg of the tour on May 11, 2016 at UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, LA. Tickets are not yet on sale for the opening show, but will become available on November 20. Check back soon to buy yours!

10/23/15 - If you were a rebel in the 1980s, then you probably remember original pop punk rockers The Cure. You’re not alone, especially if you live in Chicago, because tickets to the band’s show at the UIC Pavilion on Friday, June 10 sold out just seconds after going on sale. Fortunately, Robert Smith and the rest of the guys know they have an incredible fan base in the Windy City. That’s why they decided to add a second show on Saturday, June 11. Tickets to both shows are available right here, with prices for the June 10 concert starting at $70 and June 11 starting at $59. Do not miss them!

10/13/15 - It’s been eight years since The Cure last toured, but Robert Smith, Simon Galley, Jason Cooper and the rest of the band have decided to end the drought! They have recently announced that they will be touring 25 cities beginning in early summer 2016. While only a few of the dates and locations have been announced, fans can start getting their tickets now. On May 22, they will begin a stretch of three shows in three nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California. These guys are behind such hits such as “Pictures of You” and “Friday I’m in Love.” Songs like these are what make The Cure so special, so take advantage and secure your seats early!
