Phoenix 2013 Tour

Phoenix last toured between March and May of this year. Following 10 shows in North America by the indie rock band, they jetted off to Europe for 8 concerts. The French rock stars will finish their concert series in their home country in mid-August. After, we'll see members Thomas Mars, Deck d'Arcy, Christian Mazzalai and Laurent Brancowitz back in the states for multiple music festivals and a few additional shows in the U.S. this October including: Boston, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles. The October shows are during the week, either on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Phoenix tickets are starting around $60 which is a great price for such a talented band!

Phoenix is slated to perform at the Budweiser Made in America Festival at the end of August. Beyonce, Queens of the Stone Age, and Nine Inch Nails are also included in the lineup. Phoenix will then perform live at the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival the third weekend of September. Following Phoenix concerts in Boston and Brooklyn, the band will perform at the Austin City Limits Festival with Muse, Kings of Leon, and Franz Ferdinand among others. The reason for so many festivals on the Phoenix concert schedule? They've said it is a challenge and a chance to broaden their audience.

Expect the Phoenix set-list to consist of largely new music from their fifth studio album Bankrupt!. Front man Thomas Mars says the group doesn't like to tour old material. The album topped three different U.S. charts and is the first since Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.
