Fall Out Boy 2016 Wintour Is Coming Tour
February is finally here at that means that punk rockers Fall Out Boy are just a few short weeks from kicking off their much-anticipated Wintour Is Coming Tour. They’ll also be bringing along a special guest and co-performer, AWOLNATION. The pair of bands will start their tour at Coliseo de Puerto Rico in Hato Rey, PR at Thursday, February 25. If you can’t make it to Puerto Rico, catch them at their first show in the U.S. when they visit Hard Rock Live Hollywood in Hollywood, FL, on February 26. Tickets to the first stateside show are already on sale and can be purchased for prices starting as low as $116.
1/26/16 - You never know just what pop-punk rockers Fall Out Boy will do, but it’s guaranteed to be fun. The guys recently teamed up with pop songstress Demi Lovato to poke fun at their boy band predecessors, NSYNC. In their music video for the hit, “Irresistible,” which features Demi Lovato, the guys pay playful tribute to Justin Timberlake and the rest of the originals by imitating their music video for “It’s Gonna Be Me.” Lovato passes by toy doll versions of NSYNC before falling in love with a tiny Pete Wentz and the rest of the Fall Out Boy version instead. The video even features former NSYNC members Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick.
1/19/16 - Fall Out Boy is back and ready to hit the big stage starting Thursday, February 25! They’ve got a pretty epic performance scheduled, as they are teaming up with electronic rockers AWOLNATION for the entirety of the tour. We can only imagine the great collaborations and duet performances that could come out of this match, so you’ll definitely want to be in attendance. The first show on February 25 will take place at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in Hato Rey, PR. We can hardly think of a more beautiful place to kick off their North American tour, and tickets are already selling out. Get yours before they are gone!
2015 The Boys of Zummer Tour
12/15/15 - Amidst all the crazy and exciting things that Fall Out Boy has going on these days, Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump and the rest of the band took some time recently to reminisce about past antics. Whether they were nearly destroying the set of Saturday Night Live or getting banned from concert venues for nearly starting riots, they have never been afraid to bend the rules. The fun and craziness has continued, as the band recently was involved with setting Aaron Bruno from AWOLNation on fire (he’s okay) and shooting one of the wildest music videos of their careers for “Irresistible.” You can expect a good time at one of their shows when FOB begins its next tour in February.
12/8/15 - Don’t say the guys of Fall Out Boy don’t explore all their creative ambitions. When they are not busy touring or collaborating with unexpected musicians, they’re also channeling their passion into children’s songs. Rockabye Baby, a brand known for turning contemporary rock hits into lullabies for babies, recently featured 12 FOB songs on its latest release. The hits include “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up),” “Sugar, We’re Going Down,” and of course “Thnks fr th Mmrs.” If you want to “rock” your child to sleep, be sure to pick up Lullaby Renditions of Fall Out Boy and catch them on tour through this March.
12/1/15 - Fall Out Boy is definitely back in the spotlight. Not only are they making a few appearances at various Jingle Ball tour stops across the country, they’re also busy creating incredible collaborations with other musicians. In fact, the guys recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel to perform a mash-up they created with Boyz II Men, called “Motownphilly.” It was an incredible performance, and it was great to see modern bands teaming up with 90s sensations. You can catch FOB live at their next show on Tuesday, December 8 at the Fillmore Detroit in Detroit, MI. Tickets are widely available and can be purchased for as little as $22, so don’t miss it!
11/10/15 - Fall Out Boy has a lot of things to be proud of, and the rise of their hit song, “Irresistible,” is among them. The collaboration with Demi Lovato has risen to its place in the Top 30 Mediabase Hot Adult Contemporary charts. While many have forgotten the band’s hiatus that happily ended in 2013, FOB has recently announced some of their favorite reunited bands. Time, At the Gates and Refused made their list, but FOB is undoubtedly one of the bands we’re happiest to see back together. Check out their show on Dec. 3 at the EagleBank Arena in Fairfax, Virginia. Tickets are selling quickly, but we still have a few available for $56 and up.
11/3/15 - The guys from Fall Out Boy can excel in, quite literally, any genre. This week they performed on the Country Music Association’s awards show, proving that they can even hang with the cowboys. They took the stage alongside Thomas Rhett and together they sang “Uma Thurman” and Rhett’s “Crash and Burn.” Will a little country twang be a permanent part of FOB’s set? Find out for yourself, as they will be touring again starting in December. With these guys, you never know what to expect, and they wouldn’t have it any other way. Part of their huge success has been their ability to reach across genres and make incredible and unique music.
10/27/15 - Following the wave of increased popularity due to songs such as “Uma Thurman,” Fall Out Boy has kept incredibly busy touring and, apparently, making another album! That’s right, they have just released Make America Psycho Again, a remix version of American Beauty/American Psycho, which was released in January and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200. Will the latest record have the same success? If you look at all of the guest performers (think Migos, Azealia Banks and Wiz Khalifa), it’s hard to imagine it won’t. FOB is back on the road in early December to play a couple shows in Fairfax, Virginia, and St. Paul, Minnesota. Their tour with AWOLNATION begins in late February.
10/20/15 - Fall Out Boy may be one of the hottest bands out there right now, but what sets them apart is that they’re not too cool do something like cover a kiddie song. That’s right, they are participating in We Love Disney, a compilation of covers from some of music’s biggest names. FOB recorded “I Wan’na Be Like You” from The Jungle Book, and the pop/punk version is super fun to listen to. Other artists featured include Ne-Yo, Gwen Stefani, Ariana Grande and more. Fall Out Boy are fresh off a hugely successful summer leg of “The Boys of Zummer” tour, but the break won’t last forever. Come February, they will be back on the road with AWOLNATION.
7/21/15 - If you have ever tried to describe the music of Fall Out Boy to someone who has never heard any of their songs before, you may have found it difficult to do. It’s hard to fit them into one specific category because they incorporate so many genres in their sound. Alternative, pop, funk, punk and other flairs accompany perfectly their rock and roll base. Whether they have defied being labeled deliberately or not, it has worked to their benefit! They are one of the hottest bands on tour right now, and you definitely don’t want to miss your chance to catch them in concert this summer. On Sunday, July 26, they will be at the Austin360 Amphitheater in Austin, Texas along with openers Wiz Khalifa and Hoodie Allen. Ticket prices start at $36.
7/13/15 - Taking time out of an already busy touring schedule to give back to the community is just one of the many reasons to appreciate Fall Out Boy. They recently visited a children’s hospital in Cincinnati and spent some quality time with some really cool kids. They played a game with them, which involved front man Patrick Stump having to interpret what was happening on a screen behind me as the other band members mimed. They also took time to answer some questions, including one really great one that had FOB describing their favorite things about music. The band will take their music to Atlanta, Georgia, for a show at the Aarons Amphitheatre at Lakewood on Friday (July 17). Tickets are on sale now with prices starting at $41.
7/7/15 - When Patrick Stump and the rest of Fall Out Boy wrote and recorded “Centuries” from their latest album, American Beauty/American Psycho, they never thought that it would become the hit that it is. In a recent interview, Stump said that while they all thought it was a fun song, they never expected it to become a sports anthem that is blasted at places like Soldier Field. It joins the growing list of hits such as “Sugar, We’re Goin Down,” “Dance, Dance and “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark” from the band’s other five albums. Fall Out Boy will be on stage along with openers Wiz Khalifa and Hoodie Allen in Clarkston, Michigan on Friday, July 10. Pick up tickets from us today with prices starting at $85.
6/30/15 - The attention that Fall Out Boy has gotten since they announced they’d be touring with Wiz Khalifa has been astounding, and even has some comparing the combo to the likes of “Walk This Way” by Aerosmith and Run DMC back in the ‘80s. Pete Wentz and the rest of Fall Out Boy dig the attention, however, and so far, the tour’s been a whirlwind success. The entourage will spend the Independence Day holiday celebrating with fans in Scranton, Pennsylvania this Saturday. The show will be at the Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain and you can secure your tickets through us today. Prices start at $29 for lawn tickets and level seating starts at $57. Come see what all the fuss is about, and bring your friends and family along for a fun night of music!
6/23/15 - Back in 2010 when naysayers said that Fall Out Boy had officially used up their 15 minutes of fame, the band knew differently. Pete Wentz recently spoke about the band’s resurgence and renewed popularity, saying that their success is due to the band’s ability to evolve and grow with time. Their current tour with Wiz Khalifa and Hoddie Allen has been a smashing success so far, as has been their latest album, American Beauty/American Psycho, which hit the top spot on the Billboard charts after its release in January 2015. The tour is just getting started, and tickets for all North American concerts are on sale now! Come see them in Cincinnati, Ohio at the Riverbend Music Center on Tuesday, June 30 by purchasing your tickets today!
6/16/15 - When Fall Out Boy announced they would be touring with rapper Wiz Khalifa this summer, many thought the stage would be too diverse for its own good. The tour so far, however, has proven that prediction wrong, and the “Boys of Zummer” tour has officially begun to rave reviews. Fall Out Boy and Wiz Khalifa have worked together in the past; they collaborated on the hit song, “Uma Thurman.” Whether you are a fan of one or the other (or both), you can enjoy some great music from two completely different genres, all in one night! The tour continues this Thursday night with a show at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in New York. Tickets are available in a wide price range, but start at $39 for the general admission lawn seating. Designated seating prices start at $52.
6/11/15 - Pop punk rockers Fall Out Boy are off to a high-energy start on their Boys Of Zummer Tour, kicking things off in Camden, NJ on Tuesday night. There has been some confusion over their co-headliner and tour mate, Wiz Khalifa, who comes from an entirely different, hip-hop background. While the pairing may seem strange, it couldn’t be more fitting according to singer Pete Wentz. Wentz says the group actually has much in common with Khalifa, since both artists dabble in two different genres of music and come from Chicago and Pittsburgh. Both cities are known for their music cultures and Wentz credits each city as being an incubator for Fall Out Boy and Wiz Khalifa. Their next show is this Saturday at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ.
1/28/15 - American Beauty/American Psycho is the sixth studio album to be released by Fall Out Boy, and they are planning an upcoming worldwide tour in support of the work. The record was released Jan. 20, 2015 and has already hit the number-1 spot on the charts. The band got their start in a suburb of Chicago in 2001 and was originally going to be a mere side job for guitarist Joe Trohman and bassist Pete Wentz. They have since become one of the most popular acts in alternative rock music today. Their tour will include a North American leg that starts March 8 at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. They have accepted the invitation to play at the city’s rodeo, and you can be a part of the fun for just $21.
Fall Out Boy’s numerous chart-topping singles have made them the perennial kings of pop-punk over the last decade. Claiming the charts came by way of their explosive 2005 sophomore effort From Under the Cork Tree. Multi-platinum songs like “Dance, Dance,” “Sugar, We’re Going Down” and “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race” have been fixtures at parties for years, while recent hits “The Phoenix” and “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark” are the latest mainstays on the radio waves. Though they took an open-ended hiatus after their fourth album Folie á Deux, the boys got back together two years ago with more energy, music and amibition than before.
Fall Out Boy is comprised of Chicago-natives Patrick Stump (vocals/guitar), Pete Wentz (bass), Joe Trohman (guitar) and Any Hurley (drums). The group blasted back onto the map last year, with the release of their No. 1 album, Save Rock and Roll—their gold certified fifth studio record. The album drop was followed up by a huge performance on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show with Taylor Swift. FOB will be pairing up with another gutsy songstress, Hayley Williams of Paramore, this summer per the announcement of the massively anticipated “Monumentour” ten years in the making. FOB is also slated for the coveted role of playing the 2014 Pro Bowl halftime show in Honolulu.
The epic “Monumentour” similarly follows the No.1 comeback album released by pop-punkers Paramore, and kicks off Jun 19 ($26 min) at Hartford, pummeling through 30-plus cities before ending in Concord on Aug 17 ($34 min). Their show in Irvine starts at $45, $31 in Charlotte, $23 in Palm Beach, $78 in Nashville and $28 in Phoenix. This is a dream-team tour for pop-rock lovers so, while tickets are affordable, grab yours now!
