Cotton Bowl

One of the classic stadiums of college football, the Cotton Bowl hosted the Cotton Bowl Classic from 1937 until 2009. The stadium has hosted many college football bowls throughout the years. In addition, the stadium hosts other events including concerts and rodeos. We have tickets to all events at the Cotton Bowl!

Located on the grounds of the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, this historic venue has the distinction of being the host of Notre Dame's return to college bowl games after a 45-year self-imposed ban in 1970. In 1978 Texas and Notre Dame battled in the Cotton Bowl. The Longhorns were ranked number one at the time. But under the direction of quarterback Joe Montana, the Fighting Irish beat the Longhorns 39-10.

The Cotton Bowl has hosted over 40 years of championship games. Until the mid-1980s the contest was universally considered as a major New Year's Day bowl game. The major game of the Big 12 Conference since 1996, the Cotton Bowl continued to be played on New Year's Day through 2008.

For over 70 years, the Cotton Bowl has given sports fans some of the most spectacular bowl game action in college football history. The Cotton Bowl will continue to host the rivalry between the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners, known to college football fans as the Red River Shootout. We have your tickets on sale today for all events at the Cotton Bowl! The final Cotton Bowl game at the Cotton Bowl Stadium was in January 2009 between Ole Miss and Texas Tech.
