Candlestick Park opened on April 12, 1960, with then Vice President Richard Nixon throwing out the first pitch for a San Francisco Giants baseball game. The oblong design feature two decks and four seating areas that are separated into different ticket regions including Luxury Suites, Upper and Lower Box seats, Upper Reserved and Lower Reserved seats, and a Lower East section on the visitor's side of the park.
