Home of the Nashville Predators professional hockey team, the Sommet Center is located in Nashville, Tennessee. Offering over 17,100 seats for ice hockey, we have ticket to all events at the Sommet Center!

Since 1998, the Predators have called this center home. The south end of the seating area has two round roof support columns. There only one level of suites and no middle seating. This allows for upper level seating to be close to the floor.

The center can also be configured to accommodate basketball and concerts. 10,000 seats can be set up for small concerts and 20,000 for center stage events. In addition, for events that use the end of the arena for the stage, the venue can seat approximately 18,500 guests.

For Music City Theater events, the Sommet Center’s stage is positioned at the north end. Currents are hung to hide the upper deck seats, just behind the stage. Seating for these productions is reduced to approximately 5145. The arena is also great for trade shows as it has 43,000 square feet for vendors.

In 1997, this was the venue of the United States Figure Skating Association national championships, and in 2004 hosted the U.S. Gymnastics championships.

The Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau has a visitor’s center on site in the base of a 22-story tower. The tower also has a small theater within its walls. Located on the corner of Broadway and Fifth Avenue in honor of the city’s music history, it is also across the street from Ryman Auditorium, which was the original home of the Grand Ole Opry.

There are floodlights in the bowl area that feature of 60 colors of lights. There are 30 foot candles with lights that encompass the surface of live events such as tradeshows. There are at least 12 spotlight platforms with as many as twelve different beams. There are at clustered speakers located on top of steel supports with approximately 9 sound delay speakers located at the south end of the venue.
