Book of Mormon 2014 News and Updates
The Book of Mormon has become a national theater phenomenon. The religious satire musical won a Tony Award in two years ago for Best Musical and more recently, a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater album. The original Broadway cast recording reached No. 3 on the Billboard charts, the highest of any Broadway album in over forty years. Peter Marks of the Washington Post says the musical is "one of the most joyously acidic bundles Broadway has unwrapped in years" while the New York Post reported that audience members were "sore from laughing so hard.”
Book of Mormon tickets average $309 overall; Book of Mormon Broadway tickets are averaging $342, Book of Mormon Chicago tickets $161, Book of Mormon DC tickets $248, and cheap Book of Mormon tickets – Book of Mormon Cleveland tickets are $136.

Next year, Book of Mormon shows will travel to Los Angeles, Charlotte, San Francisco, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Durham, Baltimore, Schenectady, Hartford, Boston, Providence, Columbus, Costa Mesa, Louisville, San Diego, East Lansing, Indianapolis, Seattle, and Portland.
