Radio City Christmas Spectacular 2015 News and Updates
“Radio City Christmas Spectacular” has been performed at the Radio City Music Hall
in New York since 1933 making this its 80th year! While it is traditionally only performed in NYC, there are a few other cities that will have the chance to see renditions of this lavish spectacle. Between November 7th and December 30th, there will be performances at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center
in Atlanta, the Grand Ole Opry House
in Nashville, the Kravis Center
in West Palm Beach, and Carol Morsani Hall
in Tampa. The bulk of the performances, of course, will be at the home venue in NYC and is a featured Holiday event
Starting prices for the earlier dates at the Music Hall are around $75 for third mezzanine seating, and the most expensive seats are not more than $185. As the performances approach Christmas, however, the prices do go up. By December 1st, the starting price is set at $102. Orchestra seating is as costly as $345. Although there is a much better chance of getting a good price on seating if you go during the week. Monday shows generally start at about $60 for the mezzanine, even during the week of the 17th. There are three shows scheduled for Christmas Day and they all start at $110.
Pricing at the other venues is also very reasonable. In Atlanta, the starting price is just $59, in Nashville just $62. The Florida venues are a little pricier with West Palm shows starting at $81 and Tampa at $109. Come one, come all to the “Christmas Spectacular”!
