WWE 2015 News and Updates
7/3/15 - The WWE has faced some serious hits in the news this week. The WWE is being sued by the mother of former professional wrestler, Doink the Clown, also known as Matthew Osborne. She is claiming that the WWE is responsible for the brain injuries her son suffered from inside the wrestling ring. In 2013, Osborne passed away from a drug overdose, which Osborne’s mother says the addiction was from the high number of concussions he endured during his career. His mother goes on to state that the WWE league is aware of the dangers the wrestlers face and they should have stepped in and helped her son with treatment and medication before it was too late. The WWE is currently saying they hold no responsibility for Doink’s death and the law suit holds no merit.
6/26/15 - The World Wrestling Entertainment events are nothing short of exciting each and every time. The latest news in the WWE was the injury sustained by professional wrestler, Jamie Noble. During a WWE Raw event, Noble was taking on Brock Lesnar and things went south near the end of the match. Noble was taken away in an ambulance and it was confirmed later that he suffered from three broken ribs. The WWE organization doesn’t take any risks when it comes to injury, so Noble will be out of the ring until he is completely healed. The world of WWE is still alive and full of entertainment, so get all of your wrestling tickets from us today before it is too late. Your summer will be incomplete without a good professional brawl.
5/8/15 - Certain things never go out of style in the world of professional wrestling, but one gimmick that may be approaching the end of its popularity is the Steel Cage. Once heralded as the ultimate fixture for matchups between bitter rivals, the Steel Cage now tends to generate a lukewarm reaction at best. Originally designed to prevent outside interference, the Cage now seem to welcome intrusion from security. This was noticeable at last Saturday’s main event match between Seth Rollins and Randy Orton, when the WWE interfered with security and ended the rivalry match in an extremely anticlimactic way. In fact, both fans and wrestlers were so disappointed in the results of the Steel Cage match that Rollins and Orton have decided to meet again and settle things later this month.
4/29/15 - Fans have a wide range of opportunities to see their favorite wrestlers fight in the different WWE matches. This week, Dean Ambrose had a bad night in the King of the Ring tournament, but he is hoping for a different outcome when he meets up with Seth Rollins for the main event of SmackDown. The New Day will also be looking to hold onto coveted titles when battling against Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. This week on WWE NXT, Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy fight against Enzo Amore and Colin Cassidy. They won't be battling for a title, but Big Cass and Amore have a chance to earn a future chance at one if the night goes well for them. Tickets to see the events live in an arena near you are available on Razorgator.
4/24/15 - There is always something new going on with the WWE, which is why it is an extremely fun sport to follow. This week during the WWE NXT, Kevin Owens the current NXT champion, realized that there are two outraged rivals looking to take him to the mat. Alex Riley, one of Owens rivals, hit the ring with revenge in his eyes. There was plenty of trash talking, shoving and body slamming before Owens ended the match with a powerbomb. Shortly after the powerbomb, Owens other rival, Sami Zayn emerged from behind the scenes and threatened Owens title. Owens clutched his NXT title while Zayn showed him that he would do anything to make that title his. Don’t miss a second of the sweaty action and get your tickets today.
1/17/14 - These next few weeks are gonna be awesome for WWE nation! The Royal Rumble is only a couple weeks away, and tickets for this colossal event start at just $175. Rumble promises Marquee events with Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show and Randy Orton vs. John Cena already slated for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, while AJ Lee is supposed to take on a challenger from Total Divas in the Diva Championship. Fighters like Alberto Del Rio, Batista, Fandango and more are entered among the 30, who will claim his next victim? Both Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper are said to appear at WrestleMania XXX, with even more rumors swirling that Chris Jericho, Goldberg, Rob Van Dam, Steve Austin will make returns to the rink, how could you possibly miss the event on April 6? Tickets for WWE Wrestlemania at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans start at only $38, but shoot all the way up to $2789 for a VIP Travel package.
