2016 CONCACAF Champions League News

The CONCACAF Champions League is only for the best football clubs in North and Central America, and the competition will be fierce in 2016. The first round begins in just three weeks, and as teams prepare, some difficulties are beginning to emerge. FC Dallas has an impressive 31 goals on the season so far, but has also lost three games by more than four goals. The inconsistencies could hurt them when they face Real Esteli in their first round Aug. 24. The CONCACAF Champions League competition kicks off Aug. 3 when the CD Dragons take on the Portland Timbers at Providence Park in Portland, Oregon. Also on Aug. 3, Antigua will face the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey.
