Supercross News – 2013 Supercross Updates

Supercross isn't your typical sporting event. The off-road motorcycle competition with high speed jumps off dirt hills will have your adrenaline pumping. Both Ryan Villipoto and Justin Barcia are looking to capture their third straight Supercross Championship and Supercross Lites East Championship respectively. 2012 Supercross Lites West division winner was Eli Tomac. Highlights from the 2013 Supercross season thus far include Jeff Emig's win in St. Louis that broke Jeremy McGrath's 13-race win streak and James Stewart's win at the Georgia Dome which made for nine straight seasons with a W.

Watch more than just the highlights from your television; catch all Supercross live at a local stadium. The 2013 Supercross schedule includes stops at multiple MLB and NLF stadiums and Daytona International Speedway (3/9). Supercross is the second most popular form of motorsport behind NASCAR. The average AMA Supercross tickets are $57, the average NASCAR tickets are $72. In addition to Supercross Daytona, remaining East rounds include Lucas Oil Stadium (3/16), Rogers Centre (3/23), and the Metrodome (4/13). CenturyLink Field (4/20) and Rice Eccles Stadium (4/27) are the only two West rounds remaining before the season-ending East-West Shootout in Las Vegas (5/4). Supercross Vegas tickets are averaging $131 on the secondary market.
