2016-2017 Cleveland Browns News
The Cleveland Browns will have a whole new look going into the 2016 season. The signing of Robert Griffin III will either prove to be the savviest offseason move or just another Cleveland bust, though Browns fans are hoping the Cavaliers’ championship win is a sign of things to come. RG3 will be joined by rookie wide receiver Corey Coleman, and the two will look to turn things around for a team coming off a pretty dismal 2015 campaign. The Browns will have a good test in the team’s first home preseason game as they welcome the Atlanta Falcons, another squad looking to forget that the previous season ever happened.

The Cleveland Browns have made some big moves this week including getting rid of receiver, Brian Hartline. The Browns have been focusing on youth for their upcoming season and continue to move forward with this plan. Hartline turns 30 years old in November making him an easy target to dispense of when the Browns picked up four younger receivers during the draft. The Browns also released Donte Whitner and there has been talk of letting Andrew Hawkins go as well. Tickets for the upcoming season are already available to purchase. Their season opener will be played on August 18 against the Atlanta Falcons at the FirstEnergy Stadium. Tickets start at $3 apiece.
