Chicago Bears News

The Chicago Bears as well as their fans are no doubt still recovering from the massacre that was last week’s loss against Super Bowl champions the Denver Broncos. Now, they are bracing for even more bad news. Starting wide receiver and reliable score-maker, Alshon Jeffery, seems to be more hampered than originally suspected by a hamstring injury. This does not bode well for Cutler, who is already struggling to make connections with his core of receivers. Whether they are ready or not, the Bears will have to regroup for next Saturday’s showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs. Tickets to the upcoming game are available starting at prices $29 and up.

Is it too early to call them the Chicago Bad News Bears? Jay Cutler and company had a less than impressive 2016 - 2017 debut against Super Bowl Champions the Denver Broncos on Thursday. In fact, the Chicago team was completely shut out. Denver took home the win and all the confidence with a final score of 22 - 0. This was thanks to quarterback Mark Sanchez and the Denver defense, who scored a touchdown of their own. Cutler, on the other hand, threw an interception before being pulled from the game. The Bears will now attempt to regroup before next Saturday’s meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs. Tickets to that game are $29 and up.

Bears fans haven’t had all that much to smile about in the last few years, but in an NFC North division that is up for grabs, there’s no reason not to be optimistic. As September approaches, one of the big questions for the Chicago Bears will be how to keep Alshon Jeffrey healthy and on the field this season. Cutler gets most of the criticism, but the health of his best target has a lot to do with how the quarterback plays. Chicago plays two preseason games at home, first against the Manning-less Denver Broncos on August 11, and then the new AFC West favorite Chiefs on August 27. Bears vs. Broncos tickets start at $34, and Bears vs. Chiefs seats start as low as $33.

The training room is often a busy place when the NFL season is in full swing, but Kevin White of the Chicago Bears is spending plenty of time there this offseason. After missing every single game and pre-game last year due to a stress fracture in his leg, White is anxious to get ready to play some downs come August and is working with trainers and doctors to make sure he is ready. With practices officially underway, White and the rest of the Bears are hoping for a change in their luck this year. Get a glimpse of what is to come with Chicago’s opener on Aug. 11 against the Broncos. Tickets can be purchased today for $28 and up.
