10/23/15 - After surviving a close call versus Cal, the Utes looked to be in trouble against the Sun Devils at home last Saturday. The Bears carried a 18-14 edge into the final frame when Utah Utes Football exploded for 20 points unanswered, rallying back for a 34-18 win to preserve their undefeated season. Devonte Booker led the late charge for Utah, getting both of his TDs in the fourth quarter. Andy Phillips added a pair of clutch field goals to finish the job, and the Utes boosted their mark to a squeaky-clean 6-0. 10/16/15 - The Utah Utes football program really likes the look of their 2015 season. Currently ranked as the fourth team in the nation, the Utes have yet to lose a football game. To add a cherry on top, the Utes have already faced some of the toughest competition in the nation. Last week they stayed at home to play against the California Golden Bears who are ranked at number 23. Even though the Utes missed a lot of chances to seize an uncatchable lead, they were able to bring home the W with a 30-24 lead. See if they can continue to be the only undefeated team in the Pac 12 when they go against Arizona State on October 17.
10/9/15 - Someone on the Utah Utes Football squad has the recipe for success, because the team is off to a blazing 4 – 0 start to the 2015 – 2016 season. Perhaps more impressive than their perfect record is the fact that the Utes have already taken down two formidable foes in the Michigan Wolverines and Pac 12 rivals the Oregon Ducks. Utah is at home for the next two matchups against the California Golden Bears and the Arizona State Sun Devils. Will they be able to continue on their historic winning streak? 10/2/15 - The Utah Utes football program has been nothing but pleased with how this season has gone so far. Not only are they one of the few undefeated teams left in the country, but they have had some hard competition along the way. Last week, they took on the Oregon Ducks powerhouse offense and seemed to have no problem shutting down their offensive assets. It was looking as though the game was going to be close at the end of the first when the score was tied at six, nevertheless the Utes stormed the field in the second quarter and took over with an impressive 21 points. 8/7/15 - Loyal followers of the Utah Utes Football program will have an old favorite returning this year, as the team recently announced the introduction of throwback uniforms. The unis, which will be worn during the homecoming game versus Cal on 10/10, is designed in celebration of several decades of Utah Utes Football. Elements of previous Utah uniforms being incorporated include the interlocking helmet logo from the teams of the 60s, number font utilized on jerseys during the 70s, and the familiar stripes from the 70s through the 90s. 7/31/15 - Even after finishing in the top 25 last season, the Utah Utes Football program is still looking for the recognition they feel is deserved. The Utes went 9-4 last year and they’re bringing back several key offensive and defensive pieces for another go round in 2015. Granted, Pac-12 competition is expected to be particularly fierce this year, with a great deal of parity and plenty of teams in position to make a run at the second annual College Football Playoffs.
