NCAA Midwest Regional - Indianapolis 2014 News and Updates
Indianapolis was selected to host back-to-back Midwest Regionals with 2014 marking the 21st time the tourney will be held in the capital of Indiana. Lucas Oil Stadium (capacity 67,000) will be one of four sites for Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games with the winner pressing forward to the Final Four in Dallas, TX. The Horizon League and IUPUI will co-host the Regional to be played March 28 and 30. One third round winner from St. Louis, Orlando, Milwaukee, and Raleigh will play in Session 1 (two games) for their chance to advance to the Elite Eight (Session 2).
Last year, Indianapolis all-session tickets (avg. $350) were the cheapest among NCAA regional sites. Session 1 tickets started at $63, Session 2 at $56. 2014 Indianapolis NCAA tournament tickets are similarly priced, from $62 for Session 1 and as low as $66 for Session 2. All-Session tickets in Indianapolis, for a combined three Regional games, range from $108 (600 level) - $2490 (100 level). Don’t miss the road to the Final Four when it comes through Indy in 2014!
