2/11/16 - In 2015, Providence earned the dubious distinction of falling in the first round of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament via upset. Entering the field ranked sixth in the East Regional set, the Friars were downed by No. 11 Dayton by a score of 66-53. This season, the program’s notched an 18-6 record through 24 contests, good for No. 20 in the AP Top 25 as of mid-February. Fans are certainly hoping for a strong run from the Friars as the Division I tourney approaches, particularly since Providence will play host for first and second rounds in 2016. Don’t have your seats yet? Now’s the time to order—get your NCAA First-Second Round - Providence tickets today!
