NCAA 2nd-3rd Round Louisville 2015 News and Updates

3/19/15 - UAB shocked No. 3 seed Iowa St. and UCLA edged SMU with the help of a late goaltending call. UCLA vs UAB tips off at 12:10pm. Kentucky routed Hampton, and in one of the most exciting games of the 2015 NCAA Tournament, Cincinnati escaped Purdue in OT. Kentucky and Cincinnati, separated by only 90 minutes, will play at 2:40pm.

3/17/15 - Hampton defeated Manhattan 74-64 today, earning the 16th seed in the Midwest Region. The Pirates play Kentucky on Thursday night at Louisville.

3/15/15 - It's no surprise the Kentucky Wildcats, the No.1 overall seed in the 2015 NCAA Tournament, will play 2nd-3rd Round tournament games close to home at KFC Yum Center. If UK wins it's first game, the Cats will meet the Purdue/Cincinnati winner… two other teams who won't have to travel far. UCLA on the other hand will travel across the country to face No. 6 seed SMU. The winner gets Big 12 Tournament champion Iowa State or UAB.

3/11/15 - The NCAA 2nd-3rd Round tournaments in Louisville should provide a lot of excitement for the fans. Out of all of the teams this year, Kentucky and Virginia have the best shot at winning it all. Both of these teams have players that can do it all. Kentucky is looking to keep their unbeaten season alive. Even when they were down, the team always found a way to dig deep and get the victory. Aaron Harrison and Devin Booker are top scorers for Kentucky, and they can also play well on defense. Virginia is also a dynamic team on offensive.
