3/15/15 - Top seeds opening the 2015 NCAA Tournament with 2nd-3rd Round games in Columbus, OH include No.3 Oklahoma Sooners and No.4 Maryland Terrapins. The Sooners will play Albany, while the Terps take on Valpo. West Virginia coach Bob Huggins and the Mountaineers will be in Columbus too, just up the road from Hugs old stomping ground in Cincinnati. WVU plays Buffalo.
3/13/15 - Notre Dame and Butler could be picked for the the second and third round Columbus tournaments. Notre Dame, the 11th ranked team in the country, is hoping to keep their winning streak alive. This year, the Fighting Irish were able to beat some tough teams in North Carolina and Michigan State. For them to be successful throughout the playoffs, Jerian Grant needs to play to his full potential. He’s a leader for the Irish, averaging 16.8 points per game. If he can limit his turnovers and play with some intensity, Notre Dame has a great shot at winning it all. For Butler, Kellen Dunham needs to spread the ball around and limit his turnovers.
