How / When will I be getting my tickets?

When ordering from RazorGator you are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. Rest assured, your tickets will arrive in time for the game. Our dedicated client services team is standing by to ensure delivery. If time permits we will physically ship your tickets to the addresses specified at checkout. Most tickets will ship the same day as ordered and will be delivered the next day via FedEx. Please note that for all FedEx deliveries a signature is required! Please ship the tickets to a location where someone will be there to sign for the package. When your tickets ship, you will receive a "Ticket Shipment Confirmation" email that includes your FedEx delivery tracking information.

Due to the nature of these special and fast-moving games, our client services team may have to change the delivery method for your World Series tickets. To ensure delivery we may arrange for local pick-up, courier delivery, will-call or email delivery if available. If your tickets are to be picked up on game day, we will notify you in advance with all the pick-up details via email. As always we are available over the phone to answer any pick-up or delivery related questions.

The game is today, do I still have time to order?

If tickets are still available for purchase online then we can still process your order and arrange for pick-up near the venue. We have representatives in Boston and Colorado to ensure your transaction and the delivery of your tickets is a seamless process.

Can you deliver tickets to my hotel?

Yes. If you need to ship to a hotel, the package must be addressed to the name of the person the room reservation is under to assure proper delivery.

Special Note for Travelers

Your tickets might not be delivered until the day before or day of the game, depending on when your order was placed. If you will be traveling to the game please contact us two days prior to your departure from the shipping address below so we can make alternative arrangements or to arrange local delivery / pick-up.

Can I pick-up the tickets?

For specified inventory courtesy pickup locations will be available in both Denver and Boston for orders placed when there is insufficient time to ship. For these tickets local pickup will be the offered shipping method at checkout. Upon receiving confirmation for your order you will also receive a 3rd email detailing the courtesy pickup address. As always we can be reached via phone to answer any questions you may have.

Do I get a refund if my game isn’t played?

Any game that is not played due to elimination will receive a refund less the cost of shipping. To process your refund we do require that the tickets be shipped back to us. We are not responsible for tickets that are lost in transit so please use a certified shipping method to ensure that we receive your returned tickets.

The time of the game changed and now I can’t go.

All World Series game times and dates are subject to change without notice. Please pay close attention to local media (newspapers, radio, TV) for times/schedules due to last minute schedule changes by MLB. W cannot be held responsible to communicate time and dates changes. We are unable to offer any refunds for rescheduled games.

What if my game gets rained out?

Not to worry, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled time. Simply retain your tickets; they will be honored on for the new date. We are unable to offer any refunds or exchange these tickets in these circumstances.
