Your ticket can also get you in to an afterparty at the venue, which will include an appearance by the band and a giveaway of suite-level seats to another New Kids concert at the Sands two nights later. 6/3/415 - Your favorite original boy band is celebrating a huge milestone this week in the midst of their ongoing 2015 The Main Event Tour. This weekend 25 years ago, the New Kids On The Block released their hugely successful album Step By Step. They were already at the height of their popularity in 1988, when Hangin’ Tough first debuted to make them one of the most well known pop groups in the world. When Step By Step dropped, however, they achieved a level of success they’d never seen before. Songs like “I’ll Be Loving You (Forever)” and the title track “Step By Step” were irresistible even to people who didn’t like boy bands. In fact, “Step By Step” continues to be their biggest selling single to date.
5/12/15 - New Kids on the Block singer Jonathan Knight is recovering after sustaining an injury that left him unable to perform during Saturday night’s concert in Los Angeles. The show went out without Knight, who posted a picture of his broken nose and facial bruising that made light of the situation and read, “…meanwhile back stage!” The group is keeping tight lipped about how the injury occurred, saying only that it happened thanks to a freak accident on their tour bus. Knight is expected to make a full recovery, although there is no word on when he will rejoin the band on stage. The Main Event Tour, which features co-headliners TLC and Nelly, heads next to Glendale, AZ on Tuesday and Dallas, TX on Thursday. Tickets to both shows are still available in varying quantities.
2/11/15 - As excitement grows for the upcoming tour from New Kids on the Block, so does the number of scheduled concerts. The group’s website announced this week that an additional four shows had been scheduled for “The Main Event,” which not only features NKOTB, but other ‘90s favorites such as Nelly and TLC. The extended tour will now include stops in San Jose, CA and Rosemont, IL in May and in Boston, MA and Toronto, ON in June. Fans young and old can here the group sing some of their most famous hits, such as “Summertime,” “Step by Step,” “Please Don’t Go Girl,” and “I’ll Be Loving You (Forever).” Tickets for the May 2 show at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA can be yours for just $53.
2/6/15 - You may think that the New Kids on the Block are merely a relic of the past, but they are proving to be just as popular now as they ever were. Their upcoming concert tour with Nelly and TLC is selling out very quickly in many cities, but Razorgator still has tickets available for purchase for all shows. The tour will begin in May and puts the group in over 40 cities across the United States and Canada in right around 60 days, an impressive feat for any band. As one of the highest grossing bands of all time, NKOTB are celebrating 30 years since they first got their start as youngsters in Boston, MA. They have sold over 88 million records and have won two American Music Awards.
1/29/15 - Fans of ‘90s pop music really have something to look forward to this year. New Kids on the Block is taking the stage with other big names such as Nelly and TLC in a tour that will take them to major cities across the United States and Canada. The tour is called “The Main Event,” and kicks off May 1, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center. Razorgator has your tickets for that opening night performance for just $66. If you can’t make it to that show, you can catch them in over 40 other cities before the end of the summer.
