Neutral Milk Hotel Tour News and Updates
Pioneers of indie rock, quartet known as Neutral Milk Hotel, are making a comeback with a reunion tour this winter. Original band mates Jeff Mangum, Jeremy Barnes, Scott Spillane, and Julian Koster split more than a decade ago but are hitting the road for more than 25 North American concerts in addition to shows in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
The NMH tour
begins October 11 in Baltimore and concludes February 21 in Mangum’s hometown of New Orleans. Neutral Milk Hotel tickets are averaging $113, ranging between $40 and $236. While tickets on the primary market are selling out quickly, Razorgator has your supply of NMH tickets leading up to each performance. As one of America’s most beloved indie rock bands, the group will play Boston, Toronto, New York City, Chicago, Austin, and New Orleans more than once with other major cities sprinkled in on the NMH tour schedule. The group’s show in Montreal is the most expensive of the tour while NMH tickets in Kansas City are the cheapest.
The set list will contain numerous hits off the band’s second album, In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
including “Holland 1945”, “Two Headed Boy”, and “Oh Comely”. Fans can sing-along to Aeroplane lyrics live at a NMH concert soon, because the tour starts Friday. In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
is still popular today despite the band’s fifteen year hiatus; in 2008, it was the sixth best-selling vinyl record of the year. So, dust of those NMH albums and refresh yourselves on Neutral Milk Hotel lyrics before the group stops, in a nearby City.
