Bon Jovi 2013 News and Because We Can Tour Updates
The American rock band Bon Jovi is hitting the road for their fifteenth concert tour. Because We Can Tour will begin February 9 in Uncasville at the Mohegan Sun Arena
in Connecticut. Following four shows in the States and Canada, the Bon Jovi tour will trek to Africa and Europe and then back to the U.S. for five additional concerts. Bon Jovi's schedule is currently booked through July and is ongoing. The tour is in support of the band's twelfth album What About Now which won't be released until March 26, six weeks into the 2013 Because We Can Tour. According to guitarist Richie Sambora, it is the first time the band will start a major tour before a new record has come out.
Although Bon Jovi has not decided on a set list, it is likely that the first single off Bon Jovi's new album, "Because We Can," will be performed. The song recently topped iTunes charts in twelve countries. In case you're wondering, singer Jon Bon Jovi decides on the set list the day of the show — expect to hear new songs off "What About Now" mixed in with the group's classics like "Livin' On A Prayer" and "It's My Life" when you see Bon Jovi live.
Bon Jovi concert stops include two shows at Air Canada Centre
in Toronto (2/17, 2/18), two performances at MetLife Stadium
in East Rutherford (7/24, 7/25), and one concert at Soldier Field
