Ariana Grande 2015 Tour
3/23/15 - Leading pop lady Ariana Grande brought her Honeymoon Tour to Atlanta on Tuesday night, performing at a nearly sold out Phillips Arena in her signature cat ears and high heels. Although Grande is most known for her glossy pop songs and catchy hooks, fans couldn’t deny her vocal prowess on Tuesday night. She proved she does live up to the hype, with many sources naming her the “next Mariah Carey.” Grande boasts a four-octave vocal range that well exceeds the demands of her sometimes-pedestrian material. She covered some of her most well loved hits including “Love Me Harder,” “Problem,” and “Bang Bang” as well as some lesser known pieces like “Break Your Heart Right Back” and “Be My Baby.” Grande’s next stop is Orlando, where she will play at the Amway Center on Thursday night.
3/20/15 - Pop princess Ariana Grande suffered a scary moment during a plane ride to her next Honeymoon Tour stop in Houston on Tuesday. Her friend and music director Alfredo Flores shared a picture of Grande and two others wearing oxygen masks en route to Houston. He captioned the photo by saying, “Craziest plane ride. Altitude dropped, oxygen masks came down and the flight attendant starts frantically telling us to fasten the seat belts and put on the masks.” Although it was a high stress scenario for several minutes, the altitude and pressure in the plane eventually normalized and the group was able to make it safely to Houston. Grande’s next tour stops will take her New York, where she’ll perform shows at Madison Square Garden on Friday and Saturday night.
3/12/15 - In reference to Cat Valentine, the character played by Ariana Grande on the hit Nickelodeon TV show, Victorious, glowing cat ears were in abundance at a Tuesday night concert in Pittsburgh. With a voice that has been called “no joke” by critics, Grande performed a 17-song set that included titles from her two studio albums. Despite a stumble during “Bang Bang,” Ariana quickly recovered to sing and dance with all the energy you would expect of a young starlet. Her touring schedule remains full through mid-April, including a show this Saturday, March 14 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. We have a small number of tickets still available, so if you live in the area, purchase yours today for $48 and up.
3/5/15 - Ariana Grande is now five shows in to her “Honeymoon” tour, and she is already telling tales of her adventures and mishaps on the road. After the opening night performance, the star posted a video on her YouTube channel showing the remains of a broken lift that was supposed to be used to raise her up to the stage. Despite the mechanical failure, her show is still full of all the glitz and glamour you might expect from a star like Ariana. She thrives on the stage, and seems to be having just as much fun as her fans. This Saturday, March 7, she will be in Detroit, MI at the Joe Louis Arena. We have tickets available, but they are selling quickly. Get yours today for $104.
2/23/15 - Ariana Grande may have gotten her start as what some might call a kid star on Nickelodeon’s hit TV show, Victorious, but as fans have watched her grow up, they have realized that her talent has grown with her. Instead of fading from the limelight as many do, she has flourished in the fame and become one of the most celebrated singers in pop culture today. Her talent is in full bloom on her second and latest full-length album, My Everything, which features four chart-topping hits including “Problem,” “Love Me Harder,” “Break Free,” and “One Last Time.” A tour in support of the record is scheduled to begin this week in Independence, MO at the Independence Events Center. Ticket prices for the Feb. 25 show start at $40.
2/16/15 - Fans of Ariana Grande are abuzz with the release of the highly anticipated official music video for her hit single, “One More Time” this week. It features the singer wandering through the streets as a comet lands on earth and causes mass chaos among those around her. She remains focused and determined on her purpose as she fights against time. The video ends as she reaches a rooftop with her lover, who she kisses as everything in the background is destroyed. The “Honeymoon” tour will begin next week, and includes scheduled performances at some of the biggest venues in the country, including two nights at Madison Square Garden on March 20 and 21. Get your tickets now for either of those shows for right around $70.
2/9/15 - If Ariana Grande was nervous about performing at the 2015 Grammy Awards ceremony, she sure didn’t show it. When she finished singing, she put her hands to her mouth, as if in disbelief of her performance and the magnitude of her surroundings. You can see this rising star in a city near you as she embarks on her next tour which will begin this month in the Midwest. Grande has already earned two Grammy nominations this year for her album, My Everything, and for her collaboration on the hit single “Bang Bang” with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J. Her global Honeymoon Tour kicks off in Independence, Missouri on February 25.
