8/3/15 - Australian boy band and pop sensation 5 Seconds of Summer is having an epic summer indeed. Not only are the guys busy wrapping up their massive Rock Out With Your Socks Out world tour in North America, they’re also giving fans everywhere a sneak peak of what’s next for 5SOS. Calum Hood and the rest of 5SOS gave fans a glimpse into their upcoming second studio album, which features the already published single “She’s Kinda Hot.” This week, the guys released a music video for the song that features Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Ashton Irwin, and Hood rocking out while complaining about their girl problems. This is the first music video and first single off of the unnamed sophomore album. Don’t miss their next show tonight in Atlanta, Georgia!

7/27/15 - “She’s Kinda Hot” is the latest single from Australian sensation 5 Seconds of Summer. The song was released just this week, and is not only pretty catchy, it’s showing a bit of an edgier and deeper side to the band. The guys paired up with Good Charlotte rockers, Benji and Joel Madden to pen the tune, which talks about being pressured to fit into an imperfect world. 5SOS’s “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” tour is going on now, and Tuesday’s performance in Edmonton included inviting one lucky fan on stage! Buy your tickets for the Aug. 1 show at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, Illinois from us today, and you could be the next person pulled up on stage! Tickets are available for $5 and up.

7/13/15 - The Australian boy band, 5 Seconds of Summer, has just begun their “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” tour and it is something special to see. The band has just released a new single called “She’s Kinda Hot!” and they will continue to have more new songs to add to their set list this tour because they have a new album that is about to come out. The band will be hitting all of the major cities in the United States and some in Canada as well. They start off in “Sin City” on July 17, playing at Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center. Tickets are still available for the concert and start at an affordable $34 a piece. Make you summer memorable by seeing 5 Seconds of Summer live as they hit the United States.

7/6/15 - There are so many things to be excited about if you are a fan of 5 Seconds of Summer. Not only does their tour begin in the United States in less than two weeks, but also they recently spilled the beans that their new album is almost ready to be released. Luke Hemmings, one of the 5SOS heartthrobs, recently announced that the record is almost recorded and that the band is really pleased with how it is turning out. While there is still no official release date, there is little doubt that the new record will be released before the year ends. While you wait, why not snag some tickets to an upcoming concert? On Aug. 8, they will be in Houston at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Ticket prices start at $49.

6/29/15 - Are you gearing up to “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” with 5 Seconds of Summer? So is the rest of North America, so if you’re on the fence about seeing them, take heed and get your tickets today because they will not last long. The foursome that make up 5SOS will be traveling throughout the United States and Canada, taking their hit music, charming personalities and dashing good looks to the stage beginning in just a couple weeks. Their youthful energy is sure to leave you in a great mood, and who can resist catchy tunes such as “She Looks So Perfect” and “Long Way Home?” Those who live near the Cleveland, Ohio area can see them at the Quicken Loans Arena on Aug. 21 for just $17 and up!

6/22/15 - Ever the pranksters, 5 Seconds of Summer have changed their band name on Twitter to Doge SOS, in reference to the world-famous dog, Doge. The guys have goofed around like this before; in the past they’ve changed the name to 5 Seconds of Ham, 5 Seconds of Ewok, and 5 Seconds of Toast. These guys are so much fun and stuff like this simply proves it. Their shows are always fun, too, and, lucky for you, they will be on tour in the United States and Canada later this summer. Check dates and locations to find a concert in a city near you and purchase your tickets today! It all kicks off on July 17 in Las Vegas. Tickets to this show at the Mandalay Bay Resort will set you back just $94 and up.

6/15/15 - Things got a little hotter than expected last weekend for the band 5 Seconds of Summer. The guys had to end a concert in London a little bit early after guitar player Michael Clifford accidently caught on fire after getting too close to a pyrotechnic display as they performed “She Looks So Perfect.” Michael posted a picture on Twitter after the incident giving all his fans thumbs up, and letting them know that he is going to be okay. He was back on stage earlier this week after being cleared to perform by his doctors. Hopefully he will be a little more careful as the European leg of 5SOS’s tour continues this week. They will be on tour in the United States later this summer, starting in mid-July.

6/8/15 - The guys of 5 Seconds of Summer appear to be unstoppable as they continue along their massive Rock Out With Your Socks Out World Tour. This week, the Australian foursome took the stage at a sold out Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham, England. They thrilled thousands of fans with beloved hits as well as newer material. They also showed off their personal styles and influences. Michael Clifford was seen sporting shirts with band logos including Limp Bizkit, Metallica, and the Deftones. The 19-year-old guitarist and singer was also spotted showing off a new tattoo, which was a J on his right arm. The design is a reference to the Final Fantasy X video game. Clifford and the rest of the guys will wrap up in the U.K. before heading to Australia later this month and North America in July.

6/1/15 - Fans of 5 Seconds of Summer have long been dealing with rumors of love interests that have interfered with the recording and production of their new album. Adding fuel to the fire, it has been reported that drummer Ashton Irwin has brought along his girlfriend on the European leg of the “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” tour. The band members deny that they have been distracted by love, however, and have stated that they are simply too busy touring and doing promo to take the time to get it done. The North American leg of their tour will begin next month, and will have them all across the United States and Canada through mid-September. Hopefully after that they will be able to finish the record. In the meantime, you might as well enjoy seeing them live! Purchase your tickets today!

5/25/15 - The guys of 5 Seconds of Summer are currently on tour in the U.K., where they will be until they bring their Rock Out With Your Socks Out world tour to North America later this summer. In the meantime, fans received a bit of exciting news this week. 5SOS are known for their love of collaborating with other musicians, and they recently revealed they will soon be working with another popular group. That group is none other than Fall Out Boy. The collaboration is appropriate and highly exciting, as both bands are actively working to revitalize the pop punk music genre. Don’t miss 5S0S when they kick off the North American leg of their tour on July 17 at the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center in Las Vegas.

5/18/15 - Don’t call them a boy band! Luke Hemmings and the rest of Aussie pop punk music sensations 5 Seconds of Summer aren’t too pleased with the critics who are quick to judge them. Hemmings thinks that the boy band label makes the group “seem a bit fake.” The guys are anything but fake. While some boy bands are notorious for performing music written by others, 5SOS have written and recorded their own songs since their early years playing music in a garage. They will seek to shed the pesky label completely in their upcoming sophomore album, which pays homage to influences like Green Day and other punk rockers. Recently deemed the saviors of the pop punk music genre, you won’t want to miss 5SOS on tour this summer.

5/11/15 - Although the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer may be traveling around the world on their tour, they are not immune to controversy. The latest problem arising for the band is in the form of a copyright lawsuit that affects their logo. Fans may recognize the band's trademark five tally mark logo, but a shop called Undefeated uses a similar logo and is suing the band. The band has already designed a new logo that features skull marks, so they are not fighting Undefeated too hard. Fans are not as ready for the change as the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer and have petitioned on social media for the old logo to stay. The Australian band hits America in July, and tickets are still on sale with prices as low as $48.

5/4/15 - Although North American fans will still have to wait two months to catch their favorite Aussie boy band live in action, the guys of 5 Second of Summer have officially launched their 2015 Rock Out With Your Socks Out World Tour. They kicked things off in Lisbon, Portugal on Monday night, blasting through crowd favorites like “Amnesia” and “You Look So Perfect.” They also performed a brand new song called “Permanent Vacation,” which absolutely thrilled fans who are anxiously awaiting a new album from the band, which the guys say is in the works. With “Permanent Vacation,” the group appears to be channeling Green Day with catchy pop hooks and punked up guitar riffs. In fact, some are heralding 5 Seconds of Summer as the new saviors of pop punk music.

4/27/15 - For a while now, the guys from 5 Seconds of Summer have been teasing fans about a new record, which is due out sometime this year. Lately, the anticipation for the music has been fueled by reports that some of the band members have been too distracted by their girlfriends to record, but those rumors have thankfully been squashed. The band stated that they want the album to sound just right before releasing it, so they are taking their time and not rushing it. Hopefully it will be done before summer, as 5SOS will be traveling the United States as a part of their “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” tour! Catch them in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, August 21 as they take the stage at the Quicken Loans Arena. Our ticket prices for that concert start at just $37.

4/20/15 - Ashton Irwin, one of the members of 5 Seconds of Summer, recently shared a flashback photo of himself as a young toddler via Instagram. The picture is from 1996, when the singer was just one year old and shows him at the steering wheel pretending to drive a car. Wearing huge sunglasses and dressed in classic ‘90s baby clothes, he is flashing a huge smile and looks simply adorable, proving that the star power he exudes has been with him since that young age. Ashton and the other guys from 5SOS are currently enjoying some time with family before they head to Portugal for the European leg of their tour. You can see them perform in Seattle, WA at the Key Arena on July 24. Our tickets are on sale now for just $54 and up.

4/13/15 - With all that goes into creating a successful music group, one item should never be overlooked, and that is image. The four guys from 5 Seconds of Summer seem to understand this concept quite well, and as recent photographs of Ashton Irwin seem to suggest, they are not only maturing in their music, but in their image, as well. Ashton has been out and about sporting longer blonde locks that make him seem older and has also swapped his teenage wardrobe for one that is more suited for someone his age. Fans in North America will be able to see the new look with their own eyes, but they will have to wait for their tour to start this summer. Tickets for all shows are on sale now, however, so don’t forget to purchase yours today!

4/6/15 - Boys will be boys, and that was certainly the case for the Australian foursome known as 5 Seconds of Summer last Saturday night. Although they’re not due in the United States until July for their long awaited Rock Out With Your Socks Out World Tour, the Aussie guys have been in Los Angeles working on their second studio album. On Saturday night, they headed to the popular nightclub The Nice Guy in central Los Angeles. The guys were reportedly asked to leave by security guards. While they weren’t being rowdy or causing disruptions, each member of the band is still under the age of 21 making it illegal for them to be at the nightclub. In their native Australia, the legal age to enter a nightclub is just 18 years.

3/30/15 - Exciting things continue to happen for the Australian foursome behind the worldwide sensation known as 5 Seconds of Summer. The guys, who are already well known for collaborating with an eclectic list of musicians, recently revealed that they will add another famous name to that list. The guys are set to work with Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx this week. Sixx will assist the foursome with lyric writing for their upcoming album. Other high profile contributors include Joel and Benji Madden of Good Charlotte as well as producer John Feldman. The Rock Out With Your Sock Out World Tour comes to North America starting on July 17, when the guys will kick things off in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center.

3/23/15 - The guys of 5 Seconds of Summer showed their entrepreneurial side this Monday, well ahead of their highly anticipated 2015 Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour. The Aussie sensations just announced the launch of their very own label under Capitol Records, called Hi Or Hey Records. Although the pop group members are relatively young, they reportedly wanted to make the move in order to explore music outside of recording and performing. It’s also a move that puts the young stars in control on their own musical future, as they will be able to call all the shots regarding their songs. They’ll also be able to sign other bands and give visibility to emerging artists. Come catch the wise-beyond-their-years super group live in action this summer.

3/16/15 - Australian fans of national sensation 5 Seconds of Summer are willing to go through a lot to see their favorite Aussie boy band mates, and it looks like they’re willing to pay a lot too! 5SOS’s Rock Out With Your Sock Out Tour 2015 is one of the most expensive tours in their native Australia, with the cheapest tickets starting at a whopping $274.50 in Melbourne. The gang will play several shows across Oceana before embarking on the North American leg of their tour in July. Fortunately for American fans, ticket prices aren’t nearly as steep as they are across the Pacific. Our tickets for the opening show in Las Vegas, NV currently start at just $46. That’s an absolute steal for the tour of the century; just ask fans in Australia!

3/9/15 - The members of 5 Seconds of Summer are smiling ear to ear this week, and it is all thanks to their loyal fans! They are nominated for Best Fan Army for the iHeartRADIO Music Festival which will air on March 29. The award for the category is decided by voting, and each person can vote up to 50 times per day. 5SOS member Callum Hood was one of the first to react to the nomination, sending a message to fans via Twitter that read, “We both know u deserve it!” Another way to support your favorite group is by purchasing tickets for their upcoming tour, which cost $48 and up. The opening night of the American leg will happen on July 17 at the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center in Las Vegas, NV.

3/5/15 - Cryptic messages sent the entire fandom for 5 Seconds of Summer into a frenzy a couple days ago. The group Tweeted a grainy image with a countdown that kept resetting itself, and gave no explanation other than the hashtag “#5onthewall”. Later, they released a silent video chronicling some of their goofy backstage antics. No one knows exactly what the video and hashtag mean, but that hasn’t stopped the group’s followers from speculating that the band is hinting at new music. As fans wait for more news, they can get excited about the upcoming North American leg of their “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” tour that will put them in cities across the country this summer. We have your tickets for the July 21 concert in Concord, CA for just $40.

2/23/15 - While millions of fans will certainly disagree, the guys of 5 Seconds of Summer were recently voted Worst Band by music news outlet NME. The award has become somewhat of an ironic status symbol among musicians, with previous “winners” including The 1975 and One Direction. The guys proved to have a sense of humor about the award, with guitarist Michael Clifford encouraging fans to vote for the band to win the title. After taking the honor, Clifford wrote on Twitter that he was extremely happy to win and thanked everyone for voting. The tweet was shared over 50,000 times, proving that whether you love them or hate them, 5 Seconds of Summer aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Their Rock Our With Your Socks Out Tour comes to North America this July.

2/16/15 - The Aussie boys who make up the pop sensation 5 Seconds of Summer just gave fans in Japan something major to look forward to. The guys recently announced that they will be teaming up with fellow pop rockers and friends One Direction later this month as a part of their On The Road Again Tour. If you happen to be in Japan between February 27 and March 2, you’ll have a chance to see 5 Seconds of Summer open up for One Direction. Can’t make the trip? Don’t worry. The Aussie rockers will be on tour in North America starting July 17 at the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center in Las Vegas. Tickets are still available at varying prices for all shows right here on Razorgator.

2/9/15 - Australian pop rockers 5 Seconds of Summer have been hard at work on their latest album months ahead of their highly anticipated Rock Out With Your Socks Out World Tour. Known for collaborating with like-minded musicians, the guys announced this week that they have been working with friends and fellow rockers All Time Low and Good Charlotte in the studio. Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte were the brains behind the hit ballad “Amnesia,” so fans have much to look forward to in the band’s sophomore album. With a release date still unknown, in the meantime fans can see the guys of 5 Seconds of Summer on tour throughout the U.S. later this year. Tickets are still available for most shows right here at Razorgator.

2/2/15 - While it will still be several months before the guys of Australian pop band 5 Seconds of Summer return to North America for the second half of their tour, they’re still managing to keep busy. On Monday night, fans could see the Aussies on Jimmy Kimmel Live alongside fellow musicians Katy Perry, Drake, Lady Gaga, and Ed Sheeran among others. The guys and the rest of the musicians proved they have a sense of humor, poking fun at themselves in a segment known as “Mean Tweets.” While some of the tweets contained less than nice opinions, the guys kept their cool and laughed it off. They know they’ll be in good company among thousands of screaming fans when their tour begins this summer. Tickets are still available for most shows right here on Razorgator.

1/26/15 - With months to go before the Aussie sensation 5 Seconds of Summer returns for the rest of their American tour, fans can catch a glimpse of a performance by checking out a video of the band performing Good Girls at Derp Con. The band has posted a link to the video on their official site. The band performed the song as part of an outdoor acoustic set during the event. Derp Con is an official convention for 5 Seconds of Summer where fans entered to win a chance to meet up with other fans and the band in Inglewood, California. Fans have also joined together to celebrate band member Calum Hood's 19th birthday, which was on Jan. 25. Tickets are still available for most tour dates, with the cost varying based upon location and venue.

1/19/15 - As American fans await the return of 5 Seconds of Summer, the band has posted some exciting news on their social media pages. Fans received a recent look of Ashton Irwin's new look when the drummer posted selfies of his newly clean-shaven face. However, this was not the only news about which fans were excited. Bassist Calum Hood posted on Twitter about two songs he recently worked on with producer John Feldmann for the next record, which is set to debut sometime this year. There was also a recent leak of a high quality version of the possible upcoming song, I Can't Remember. These news items have made fans even more excited for the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer to come back and continue the American portion of their world tour.

1/14/15 - While Americans continue to anxiously await the return of the Australian sensation 5 Seconds of Summer to the continent for their tour, the popular band delights their fans with social media posts. The band mates are currently enjoying some rest at home, and seem to be suffering from some instances of boredom. At the end of December, the boy band changed their name on Twitter to 5 Seconds of Toast, and soon after changed it to 5 Seconds of Ham, blaming the posts on being bored at home. They even created cover art for a live album, titling it Live Bread, 5 Seconds of Toast. Fans added their own photos and set lists for the joke accounts. If you want to see the band when they return, tickets remain on sale, with prices varying depending on the venue.

1/7/15 - Australian sensation 5 Seconds of Summer continue to take America by storm, but audiences will have to wait until summer for their tour to return to the continent. The members of the boy band made it home to Australia for the holiday season after performing at the People Magazine Awards in the latter part of December. According to their Twitter account, the band plan to relax over Christmas and New Years and enjoy the Australian. They have already shared some photos on their social media accounts of them relaxing on the beach and enjoying their home country. The band will continue their tour in 2015, with dates all over the world, including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and America. Tickets are already on sale for many of their American dates.

12/29/14 - Who has been the best band in 2014? Some are saying it is 5 Seconds of Summer! The Australian band has been together since 2011, and have come a long way since then. This year, their album 5 Seconds of Summer, was released and was later certified triple Platinum in their native country. The record has also reached the top of the charts in 13 other countries, making them a global sensation and household name. The guys have been on tour all over the world, and that will continue with over 70 more concerts scheduled starting in summer 2015. Part of their huge success has been in how they interact with their fans. Last week, drummer Ashton Irwin appeared on Twitter, giving silly replies and random answers to questions and comments from fans.

12/22/14 - The new sensation from Australia, 5 Seconds of Summer, has just arrived home for the holidays. After a busy year touring the world, the boys seem glad to be back and to have some time to relax. To the delight of their fans, 5SOS recently shared some of the items that they request when on tour. Luke Hemmings listed a fresh puppy, Selena Gomez, and socks as his essentials. Michael Clifford says that a dictionary and his bandmate Luke are necessary for him. Clearly, the band is not afraid to display a sense of humor. 5 Seconds of Summer will be performing in Las Vegas as part of their Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour on July 17. Tickets for the Mandalay Bay Resort Event Center concert start at $45 and are available now.

12/18/14 - 5 Seconds of Summer has finished the U.S. leg of their tour, their final show being on the 15th of December. They are still touring in Europe, but they will return on July 17th in Las Vegas, Nevada. This also marks the end of their holiday shows in the United States. If you were unable to catch them live before they left, you might have to get their new live album, LIVESOS, to tide you over until summer. The album was just released a few days ago, on the 15th, and contains several live versions of their most popular music from some of their recent shows including “Amnesia,” “She Looks So Perfect” and a special studio mix of the song they are most famous for: "What I Like About You"

12/9/14 - If you can’t get to one of the final holiday shows that include 5 Seconds of Summer, you will have to wait until July 2015 to catch them again in the United States. After their show on December 15 with Arian Grande, Calvin Harris, Demi Lovato, and many others at the Washington D.C. Verizon Center-DC, they kick off a European tour that takes them out of the country. With tickets starting at just $52 for the Jingle Ball Concert, you can still get the best seats in the house for this awesome night of entertainment. Sponsored by Hot 99.5, it’s billed as DC’s biggest night of music. You’ll be filled with holiday cheer and enjoy the carols of the season during this spectacular line-up of music.

Ever since the band formed in 2011, Luke, Michael, Calum, and Ashton have been busy with publishing deals and even performing as the opening act for One Direction earlier in 2014. They started off by publishing videos to YouTube, but were quickly noticed and picked up by Sony. The band’s most recent success has been with their single, “She Looks So Perfect,” which was released at the beginning of 2014. With the release of their self-titled album in mid-2014, they set out on a tour across the United States in November that is supposed to continue on into 2015. 5 Seconds of Summer will play in Inglewood, California at The Forum as the next stop on their tour. Tickets are still available starting at $14.

11/3/14 - Australian pop-rock sensation 5 Seconds of Summer is gearing up for the opening of their “Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour” next week in Phoenix, Arizona. Fresh from their summer stint as the opening band for One Direction’s “Where We Are Tour,” the Aussie heartthrobs have been getting rave reviews on their latest tour. Most recently, they’ve been nominated for the 2014 American Music Awards New Artist of the Year alongside Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Sam Smith, and Meghan Trainor. The band will be a featured performer at the televised awards this month. 5 Seconds of Summer’s recently released new single, “Good Girls,” is the fourth from their self-titled album. Tickets for the band’s premier Phoenix show are still available and start as low as $17.

10/27/14 - Nominated for the AMA’s New Artist of the Year, Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer is bouncing back after bandmate Irwin Ashton recently underwent surgery for Appendicitis. Thankfully, November shows are still on, and the band is preparing to play its very first show of the Rock Out With Your Socks Out tour on Nov. 13 at Ak-Chin pavilion in Phoenix, Ariz. (tickets from $17). The week after, the musicians will stop by The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., on Nov. 15 and 16 (tickets from $22). The tour is the band’s first world headlining gig.
