5 Seconds of Summer 2014 Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour

12/9/14 - If you can’t get to one of the final holiday shows that include 5 Seconds of Summer, you will have to wait until July 2015 to catch them again in the United States. After their show on December 15 with Arian Grande, Calvin Harris, Demi Lovato, and many others at the Washington D.C. Verizon Center-DC, they kick off a European tour that takes them out of the country. With tickets starting at just $52 for the Jingle Ball Concert, you can still get the best seats in the house for this awesome night of entertainment. Sponsored by Hot 99.5, it’s billed as DC’s biggest night of music. You’ll be filled with holiday cheer and enjoy the carols of the season during this spectacular line-up of music.

12/1/14 - 5 Seconds of Summer hinted at a big announcement last week and left fans to guess what it is. This Friday, they revealed what the news was: 5 Seconds of Summer will be releasing their first live album, LIVESOS. The album is set to include 15 sets from various live shows which were recorded during their most recent tour. It will feature some of their most iconic songs such as “Amnesia,” “She Looks So Perfect” and “Everything I Didn’t Say”. Fans will not have to wait long either; the new album is set to be released on December 15th, barely a full month after the announcement. Meanwhile, 5 Seconds of Summer’s next live show will be on the 5th in Los Angeles, California. Tickets are available for $118.

11/26/14 - At the American Music Awards on Sunday night, Aussie pop-punk band 5 Seconds of Summer brought the audience to their feet, rocking out while covering The Romantic’s hit “What I Like About You.” The high-energy cover showed the boy band not only has catchy tunes of their own, but also have the power to mesmerize fans with any performance. The Australian foursome wasn’t at the AMAs just to perform; they later took home the New Artist of the Year trophy. The AMA win marks a big milestone for the Aussie boys, who have teased fans about something big happening on November 21st—this Friday. 11/20/14 - Playing to over 15,000 people at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Sunday, 5 Seconds of Summer ignited the arena with their energetic and animated performance. Summer members Calum, Luke, Michael, and Ashton were grinning ear-to-ear for the duration of the show, seemingly in awe of their supportive fan base. The quartet from the land down under put on an incredible live show with their impressive vocals and heartfelt lyrics, even joking casually with their audience in between songs. The concert was a landmark event for the band, marking their first headlining tour and their first sold-out performance. The Aussie foursome will next be playing on December 3rd at the SAP Center in San Jose, CA in a holiday show extravaganza. Tickets are still available, and start at only $38.

11/10/14 - The newest hot-to-trot sensation hitting countries all over the world is the Australian boy band 5 Seconds of Summer. Ever since the band formed in 2011, Luke, Michael, Calum, and Ashton have been busy with publishing deals and even performing as the opening act for One Direction earlier in 2014. They started off by publishing videos to YouTube, but were quickly noticed and picked up by Sony. The band’s most recent success has been with their single, “She Looks So Perfect,” which was released at the beginning of 2014. With the release of their self-titled album in mid-2014, they set out on a tour across the United States in November that is supposed to continue on into 2015. 5 Seconds of Summer will play in Inglewood, California at The Forum as the next stop on their tour. 11/3/14 - Australian pop-rock sensation 5 Seconds of Summer is gearing up for the opening of their “Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour” next week in Phoenix, Arizona. Fresh from their summer stint as the opening band for One Direction’s “Where We Are Tour,” the Aussie heartthrobs have been getting rave reviews on their latest tour. Most recently, they’ve been nominated for the 2014 American Music Awards New Artist of the Year alongside Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Sam Smith, and Meghan Trainor. The band will be a featured performer at the televised awards this month. 5 Seconds of Summer’s recently released new single, “Good Girls,” is the fourth from their self-titled album. 10/27/14 - Nominated for the AMA’s New Artist of the Year, Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer is bouncing back after bandmate Irwin Ashton recently underwent surgery for Appendicitis. Thankfully, November shows are still on, and the band is preparing to play its very first show of the Rock Out With Your Socks Out tour on Nov. 13 at Ak-Chin pavilion in Phoenix, Ariz.
