Miranda Lambert 2015 Certified Platinum Tour

1/27/15 - Country sensation and femme fatale Miranda Lambert blew audiences away in Knoxville on Friday night at the Thompson-Boling Arena at the University of Tennessee. With more CMA trophies for Female Vocalist of the Year than any other artist, Lambert thrilled fans by belting out favorites like “Fastest Girl in Town,” “Little Red Wagon,” “Priscilla,” and an emotional performance of “Over You,” which she co-wrote with husband Blake Shelton. Some of the best highlights came at the finale of the evening, when Lambert came back on stage for an encore to cover the Dixie Chicks’ hit, “Cowboy Take Me Away,” and an electric version of ZZ Top’s “Tush.” Her tour picks up in Spokane, Washington on Thursday, February 12 at the Spokane Arena. A limited number of tickets are still available on Razorgator.com!

1/21/15 - Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY welcomed country music singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert this weekend for a set that proved to be just as dazzling as the star herself. She wowed the crowd with some of her best hits such as “Baggage Claim,” “Kerosene,” “The House That Built Me,” “Gunpowder and Lead,” and “Mama’s Broken Heart.” She also has surprised fans with a new hair style, ditching her platinum blonde hair for a darker color with more layers. You can see her sassy new look when she performs live in a city near you, as the “Certified Platinum” tour continues this week. Audiences in Knoxville, TN and Charleston, WV will welcome Lambert this Friday and Saturday, respectively. Tickets have a starting price of $50 for either show.

1/15/15 - Nashville’s own Exit/In bar hosted Miranda Lambert on Jan. 13 in a surprise performance that was free to anyone who could get there in time. The country artist announced the show just a few hours before taking the stage, deciding to kick off her “Certified Platinum” tour in the town that is home to country music. Dressed casually in a t- shirt, she sang some of her fans’ most favorite songs, such as “White Liar” and “Automatic.” The whole set list included 30 songs and lasted for two hours. If you didn’t make it to this show, you can surely make it to one of nearly 40 other scheduled dates between now and July. Lexington, KY and Columbus, OH will welcome Lambert this Friday and Saturday, respectively. There are some seats still available for as little as $66.

1/8/15 - Miranda Lambert seems like she has always an unshakeable force in country music. In reality, however, she did not become a star until after her second album was released. This fact should be comforting to other singers who are trying to make it big. Lambert says that she has been inspired by other country greats like Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, and Reba McEntire. More surprisingly, Miranda is also pushed to be the best she can be by looking up to Beyonce as a role model. Young musicians around the country no doubt look up to Lambert herself as inspiration. You can see this country legend in concert as she tours around the nation in 2015. Tickets start at $59 for her concert in Knoxville, Tennessee on Jan. 23.

12/31/14 - With songs like “Somethin’ Bad” and “Fastest Girl in Town,” Miranda Lambert has left her mark on the American country music scene. She has also made a big impression on her fellow country star, and husband, Blake Shelton. Recently, Shelton was interviewed on Jimmy Kimmel’s show about how their relationship is affected when both of them get nominated for the same awards. Shelton remarked that he tries not to get competitive with her, especially because her lyrics often talk about killing men or burning their things. You can hear Miranda Lambert sing these powerful songs on her Platinum tour starting in Jan. 2015. Fans in Lexington, Kentucky can get tickets starting at $49 for the Jan. 16 show.

12/25/14 - Country music icon Miranda Lambert and husband Blake Shelton performed an impromptu set at the Ladyship bed and breakfast that the couple owns in their Oklahoma hometown. After the all-acoustic performance, the crowd of about 80 guests got to meet the famous pair, proving how down to earth they are, despite their status as country music super stars. The previous Monday, Lambert was awarded the award for Female Vocalist of the Year at the American Country Countdown Awards held in Nashville. The event, which is only in its first year, featured two performances from the singer, including one duet with Kelly Clarkson as a tribute to Reba McEntire. Lambert is all set to begin the next leg of her Platinum tour on January 15th in Evansville, Indiana.

12/17/14 - Thanks to catchy lyrics, an upbeat personality and a high-profile marriage with fellow country music superstar Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert has firmly established herself as one of the premiere performers in modern-day country music. From breakup songs like “Mama’s Broken Heart” to hard-hitting numbers like “Gunpowder and Lead,” Lambert has demonstrated time and time again that there’s a lot of depth behind that pretty face and southern drawl. Up for an impressive four Grammys at this year’s celebration set for Feb. 8, Lambert looks to add to her laundry list of music awards as she continues her quest for country music and even mainstream domination. Tickets for many of Lambert’s shows start at under $100, so don’t miss your chance to catch one of country’s most notable names when she takes to the stage in a city near you.

12/12/14 - Undeniably one of country music’s biggest and most talented artists, Miranda Lambert is a larger-than-life performer that absolutely shines on stage. Getting her start over ten years ago in 2003 at the Nashville Star talent competition, she’s quickly risen through the ranks of country music stardom. It was recently announced that she’s been nominated for four Grammys in 2014, which is nothing new for the country star. With a long and impressive list of awards already under her belt, she’s kicking off another exciting tour in mid-January 2015, which will start in Evansville, Indiana. A live performance from this Texan-born beauty will definitely make for a night to remember. Tickets start at $115 for her Evansville show, with many ticket options available for less than $100 for her remaining shows.

12/3/14 - Rolling Stone magazine released its Top 50 Albums of 2014 list, and country bad girl Miranda Lambert took no prisoners. She landed the number five spot with her album “Platinum.” The mag said the recording “smoothly balances solo-act introspection with A-list ring grabs.” The album features the fiery “Somethin Bad” recorded with pal Carrie Underwood. The song hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs list, the fifth chart topper for Lambert and the thirteenth for Underwood. The song is the first women’s duet to top the country chart in more than two decades. Another first, “Platinum” debuted at No. 1, making Lambert the first artist in history to start her career with five No. 1 albums. Catch Lambert on the road beginning mid-January. Tickets start at $42.

11/25/14 - One of the most popular and hardworking rising stars in country music, Miranda Lambert has the talent and the work ethic to become one of the biggest country artists ever. Now on tour in support of her fifth and latest album, Platinum, Miranda Lambert is riding a wave of momentum in 2014. If you have never experienced her breathtaking live performances, you need to come out for her 2015 Certified Platinum tour.
