Carrie Underwood Tour - 2013 Blown Away Tour
4/3/13 - Carrie Underwood's Blown Away Tour has sold out all 2013 dates. The Blown Away Tour broke records at the WFCU Centre as the fastest sell-out to date for the arena, as well as record-breaking attendance. Sold-out crowds of over 10,000 attendees were recorded at Buffalo’s First Niagara Center
, Hamilton, ON’s Copps Coliseum
, Spokane’s Spokane Arena
, and Fresno's SaveMart Center. Carrie Underwood tickets are averaging $153 for her remaining shows. In addition to seeing Carrie live in concert, you can catch her on American Idol tomorrow and at the ACM Awards Sunday. Underwood is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year (Blown Away).
Remember the blond from Oklahoma who had no vocal training and was belting out classics like Heart's "Alone" on American Idol? That was Carrie Underwood — now a multi-platinum selling recording artist, five-time Grammy Award winner and two-time ACM Entertainer of the Year. Carrie Underwood's third headlining tour, Blown Away, began in May 2012 with two shows in the United States. Her first World Tour then took her to Europe (where she sold out her London show in 90 minutes), Australia, and back to North America. The three-time Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Female Vocalist winner will begin leg 2 in North America February 13, 2013. Hunter Hayes
will join Carrie Underwood on Tour; Hayes is nominated for three Grammy Awards and was recently added to the Grammy Awards lineup.
In support of her fourth studio album, Blown Away, Carrie Underwood's set list includes popular singles "Good Girl," "Two Black Cadillacs," and the encore "Blown Away." In addition to singles off her newest album, Carrie Underwood live performances include 2x Platinum single "Jesus Take the Wheel," Underwood's first single from her album Cowboy Casanova, and 2007 Country Music Association Single of the Year "Before He Cheats." Carrie Underwood concerts have a history of selling out — her two previous tours, Carnival Ride Tour and Play On Tour, were attended by 2.2 million fans, wrapping both years as the top-ranked female country touring artist. Carrie Underwood tickets to her 2nd and 3rd North American legs are averaging $150 in 2013.
Carrie Underwood is known for giving back — the Country star donated $1 from each ticket sold on the North American leg of her Blown Away Tour to support Red Cross disaster relief. Last year at a concert in Des Moines, Underwood performed despite an illness but felt it was not up to par; as a result, she donated all proceeds from the night to a local charity.
