Dave Chappelle Tour News and Updates
Few comedians have been able to rise to stardom as quickly as Dave Chappelle did back in the early 2000s when “Chappelle’s Show” became one of the biggest hits on TV. After the show’s brief run, the hilarious comedian took a long break before returning to the stage in 2013. Dave proved then that he never lost a step, with his topical humor and energetic performances bringing crowds to their feet. After opening this latest tour in Pennsylvania in late May, Chappelle will head to Minnesota for four performances in two nights at the State Theatre on June 3 and 4. Shows will be at 7 and 10pm each night, with tickets starting at $108.
4/3/15 - After somewhat of a hiatus from comedy in the past several years, Dave Chapelle returned to the stand-up stage in 2013 as a part of the Oddball Comedy & Curiosity festival. This year, he is doing a tour of his own, which will take him to several cities across the country this month, and the Moody Theater in Austin, TX is up next on the schedule. With two shows each night on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4, the venue will get four shows total out of the comedian. Comedy Central has named Dave one of the top stand-up comedians of all time, and he has also been called “the comic genius of America.” There are a very limited number of tickets left for this weekend’s shows, so don’t miss your chance. Ticket prices start at $75.
