The selection of RazorGator Experiences as the Official Hospitality Village Partner is part of a larger, longterm strategic partnership and an expansion of last year's agreement that featured ticket and travel services exclusively. This year's Tournament of Roses corporate hospitality village has been designed as an all-inclusive pre-game celebration offering guests a choice of two unique event experiences centered around a football themed common area.
The Commons, the central gathering place for all hospitality guests, is the heart of the village sporting interactive football games, an all-inclusive offering of "grab-and-go" street-fair food selections and quenching beverage stations. This central area will be electrified with high-energy live entertainment, an exclusive tail-gate experience and landscaping that typifies a lush, green football field. Guests in The Commons will also enjoy experiences of a lifetime by shooting the breeze with, throwing passes to and having photos taken with football celebrities and coaches socializing in this central common area.
The Field House, this year's new shared hospitality experience, takes the hospitality village experience to a new level. In this shared-tent environment, smaller corporate or private groups will enjoy the official Tournament of Roses hospitality experience through a turnkey operation in a themed shared-tented environment. Guests in The Field House will enjoy comfortable seating, a wide-variety of delicious menu selections, open bar offerings and customized souvenir credentials allowing guests access into the tent from The Commons.
The Sideline, this year's enhanced version of the traditional private tent hospitality, continues the Tournament’s rich heritage and tradition by offering groups of 50+ an exclusive and private venue. As part of The Sideline offering, companies will have the ability to customize their party environment and activate their brands for greater awareness and association with the event. The Sideline experience features festive decor packages with options to upgrade, private executive restrooms, an exclusive buffet menu, bar upgrades, and customized souvenir credentials with access to the tent from The Playing Field.
