Fans can watch the races from the top of Monument Hill that is located on the outer edge of turn four. The Gila and Salt River Meridian, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is located next to the hill. This area got its name because it was where the original settlers could survey what became Arizona. This area overlooks the Salt River and the Gila River.

This speedway features a 1100-plus foot front stretch and a back stretch of over 1500 feet. Race fans have many forms of excitement to enjoy at this Arizona raceway, including a Midway with entertainment and food, and access to the pits. They can party and watch the races from the concession stands

Reserved RV camping at its best is offered at the Phoenix International Raceway. Each space features a one tow vehicle pass during racing weekends. If you have additional vehicles, you can park them free overnight in an onsite parking lot. You can take your chances and enter at Sun Lane if you did not reserve an RV space. Parking is first-come, first-serve.

Featuring a little dogleg in the back stretch where drivers come in at one angle and go out at another, this flat track has 11 degrees of banking on the first and second turns, and 9 degrees in turns three and four and in the back stretch as well.
