Originally named the Congressional Bowl, the Military Bowl takes place at historic RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. The bowl will feature Navy pitted against a school from the ACC or Mid-American Conference. If Navy is in another bowl or not bowl eligible, Army is a possible replacement for the Naval Academy.
