NFL Grass

It is that time of year again! The 2016-2017 NFL schedule has just been released, and it looks to be another epic year of football in the works. Your favorite teams will be back at it this September.

The season opener will be a clash of the titans featuring Super Bowl 50 champions the Denver Broncos and runners up, the Carolina Panthers. This time, however, the Broncos will have to face their rivals without famed quarterback Peyton Manning. Will Cam Newton finally have his revenge on the team that destroyed his championship visions, or will defender Von Miller thwart the young quarterback once again? We’ll find out when the two teams kick off the regular season on Thursday, September 8 at Sport Authority Field at Mile High in Denver, CO. You can get your tickets to the season opener for as little as $232, however tickets are not expected to last long.

Denver’s battle with Carolina isn’t the only noteworthy matchup in Week 1. Another clash to watch is the meeting between Tom Brady and the New England Patriots and Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals. Both teams were contenders for the title last February, and both will be looking at a chance for redemption. They’ll square off on Sunday, September 11 in Glendale, AZ.

We’ll also get our first look at the newly rebranded and relocated Los Angeles Rams in Week 1. They will take the Monday Night Football slot against the San Francisco 49ers at their new stadium. This could be an interesting game to watch, as coach Chip Kelly, who was formerly on the Cardinals, will get his first shot with his new San Francisco team. You’ll also get a chance to see the red hot running back Todd Gurley, so don’t miss out!
