The Lumineers have been well known in their hometown of Denver, CO, for several years. Now, they are about to get more popular than ever before when they launch their biggest tour yet this May. Known for their soulful, emotional ballads including “Ho Hey” and the newest hit “Ophelia,” this is a group you won’t want to miss when they visit a venue near you. Band members Wesley Schultz, Jeremiah Fraites, Neyla Pekarek, Stelth Ulvang, and Ben Wahamaki produce some of the best folk music around, and it sounds even better when experienced live.
The band will kick off its North American tour on Saturday, May 21 at White Oak Music Hall in Houston, TX. They will continue on around the country and play several shows per week until the tour concludes on Wednesday, October 5 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA. Tickets to the opening show are selling lightning fast and may not be available for much longer. If you want to go, don’t hesitate to get your tickets!
Two more performances you won’t want to miss are the shows scheduled at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, which near The Lumineers’ Denver hometown. Not only will they be playing to impress the hometown crowd, but also to rock the outdoor roof off of the legendary music venue on the nights of June 7 and 8. Tickets are still available to both shows at Red Rocks, with the first night starting at prices as low as $97.
