Just As You Like It, Barenaked Ladies Announce Tour

“If I had a $1,000,000” I’d go watch every Barenaked Ladies show on tour. The Canadian rock band has a wide appeal – my parents’ friends can enjoy the group and so can I. Widely known for 1998 single “One Week” the band is still putting out records. Their latest, Grinning Streak, is Barenaked Ladies eleventh studio album. And aside from the departure of Steven Page, the rockers have stayed relatively intact since their debut.

Like their music videos and quirky song lyrics, BNL concerts are filled with comedy. Between impromptu songs (yes, including raps!) and comedic jokes, this group keeps the mood light and fun.

Most recently, the band has been on the road with Guster and Bend Folds Five for the Last Summer on Earth Tour. Next up on their touring schedule? A 19-City concert tour in the States that begins October 9 in Minneapolis and finishes up November 6 in Buffalo. 25 years of music makes for one large catalog and repertoire of music. Performing past hits along with tracks off their new album, BNL set list for their fall tour will be extensive! “Odds Are” band members Ed Robertson, Kevin Hearn, Tyler Stewart, and Jim Creeggan will have you singing along and laughing just As You Like It. Concerts will be held at a combination of theatres, casino arenas, and amphitheaters.

Barenaked Ladies tickets go on-sale to the general public beginning tomorrow. One day before the on-sale, BNL tickets are averaging $130. The most expensive concerts are currently at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-FL (avg. $152) and at Peabody Opera House (avg. $151).
