Paramore is heading out on a fall North American tour in support of their self-titled fourth studio album that reached #1 on the Billboard charts. Opening and supporting acts Hellogoodbye and Metric will join the band at all 26 concerts of the “Self-titled Tour”. Different from past shows, band members Hayley Williams, Jeremy Davis, and Taylor York will play bigger arenas including Madison Square Garden, DCU Center, BB&T Center, SAP Center, Mohegan Sun Arena-CT, and Bridgestone Arena.
“We always want to outdo whatever we’ve already done. That being said, yes, this is a tour that we’ve been dreaming of for a little while and we’re really excited to make it happen” – Hayley Williams
Paramore tickets to their Self-Titled Tour average $132. The cheapest Paramore concert is the band’s first at Key Arena in Seattle on October 15. As expected Paramore’s Madison Square Garden show is the most expensive, averaging $205. Paramore has played MSG before; in 2010 the band was part of Z100’s Jingle Ball.
Although their set-list has yet to be determined, Paramore fans that are also Twilight fans are yearning to hear “Decode” and “I Caught Myself” live in addition to tunes off the alternative rock band’s most recent album, ‘Paramore’ like “Now”, “Still into You” and “Aint it Fun”.
The band’s first big touring opportunity came in 2005 on the Shira Girl stage of Warped Tour. In early 2006, Paramore joined the Winter Go West tour with Amber Pacific and The Lashes. That same year, the group’s members at that time played some of Warped Tour again before heading out on their first headlining tour in August. Their opening show of their first tour sold out, something Paramore has become accustomed to. Paramore’s most recent tours include Brand New Eyes World Tour (2009-2012) and before that The Final Riot! Tour (2008).
