‘What are YOU going to sing tonight?’ It’s the question Lionel Richie always asks his fans at shows. Their answer likely includes all or most of the following: “Truly,” “Hello,” “Endless Love,” “Stuck On You,” and “Dancing On The Ceiling.” Beginning September 18, fans will have the opportunity to sing-along to these classics with the five-time Grammy winner when he hits the road for 14 shows. Following a sold out European Tour, Richie announced his “All the Hits All Night Long” North American tour that will run exactly one month. Concerts are scheduled for Chicago’s United Center, Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl, and New York’s Barclays Center.

Richie’s last album ‘Tuskegee’ was released in March 2012 and featured over a dozen of his hit songs performed as duets with country stars like Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, Shania Twain, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson and Jimmy Buffett. The album reached the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 and went platinum two months after its release. According to his website, Richie plans to release a new, original album within the next year.

The last time that Lionel Richie fans got to see the icon in the U.S. was likely at the Bonnaroo Music Festival with Kenny Rogers. If you were not one of the lucky audience members at The View that were treated to two tickets to Lionel Richie’s upcoming concert tour, and want to see him live – you’ll have to purchase Lionel Richie tickets on your own. The average price you’ll pay on the secondary market is $224 a ticket. Tickets to Richie’s show in Chicago are the most expensive, averaging $341; tickets for his September 25 show in Fairfax, Virginia are the cheapest, averaging $145.
